Overall very useful. I like how I can compare multiple scenarios at once. Crazy to see how much interest I’ll be paying, yikes.

User friendly app but not idiot proof. I had to remember the percentage sign moves the decimal place over two spaces to the left. I found I could plug in the numbers instead of using the scroll bar, nice. It gets exciting to use this app for what ifs. What if I apply additional principal and it's affect on the balance how much sooner it can be paid off. I have also used it on creating scenarios on paying off my credit cards.

Simply Mortgage
I’m not a financial guru so finding an app that was easy to use and feature rich was awesome. I liked its flexibility when comparing different mortgages. The affordability section was especially helpful and a little eye opening. I’m much better prepared now. Thanks!
