My father owns the small business I just work for him yet the will only accept my ID for verification. It make no sense and you can never get customer service to answer. I do not recommend at all!
Refunded a customer
So I had a customer get refunded on this app because I couldn’t verify my ID. I haven’t had a chance to get my ID yet which I lost a couple years ago. I find it crazy that they will allow you to take a payment without your ID verified but then refund the customers money when you can’t verify your ID seriously that’s so ridiculous and on top of it all there’s two other transactions that I’m getting charged $.30 and $.40 for and they are causing the account to go delinquent when they try to refund this money so now not only is it getting refunded it’s in limbo so I can’t even call the guy and have him make payment through another app

Have been waiting over a month for 300$ that I had to cancel because not going through still won’t refund and no support center for help or assistance
