I took the payment from customer and I didn’t receive payment, no way to contact support and emailed them as well but no response. Can someone get in touch with me?

I have been using the app for a couple of weeks! I am having issues receiving payments and am actually wondering whether i receive them. I have emailed and had a response but nothing since!

Absolutely rubbish app I downloaded it 2 weaks ago and still my money is stuck in it keeps saying processing crap waist of time and getting your money stuck in it
Open account, supply all ID’s and then still required to register with stripe???

MONEY NEVER RECEIVED!
We have used this app for a transaction and never received the money from it! The company works with Stripe and they claim that the money arrived which it didnt and they dont want to wire the money back!
Now they are kicking us off because we are high risk! Customer service of this app is not helping they send us to the one of stripe and they are no help either.
Do not use!

Best App For Selling
I have an online business selling Aviation themed products, I however also sell a relatively large amount of them in hand. I don’t sell enough where I would need a proper chip&pin machine and don’t want to pay £59 for one. The cheaper ones do not work for me. So this app is awesome! Now I can accept card payments as many people don’t carry cash. Thanks so much!

Most of my payments are cash but have used the app for all invoicing and quoting so easy to use and set up new customers a real doddle

I downloaded this a few weeks ago, slightly unsure at the time with giving bank details....but it's fine.
I run my own taxi business in the hills of rural Cumbria, it's a god- send. I doubt if I could manage without it. Seriously!!

Jumps out all the time
I have not used this App for a long time, mainly as when I was last using it there where still teething problems and it was doing my head in.
I tried to get on board with it again recently as a customer wants to possibly pay on card, but it just keeps jumping out every time I try to save anything , this is the 3rd phone I've tried using this on so I know it's not me!!

Every time I come to take a payment it refuses. Think I will go back to a machine.

You occasionally get some problems that are always rectified ASAP by the team of smart trade and they are always super helpful and efficient everything they do.
If you are looking at payment systems for card payments look no further as I have tried lots and this system is by far the best as all the costs are passed to the customer if you choose.

By far the best payment app. There are no hidden or extra charges. Customer service is fab. Rates are competitive and so easy to use! This app is definitely the future!
