I finally got tap to pay to work back in February for an event i was at. Yesterday i tried to take a tap to pay payment only to be notified that it was not available!!!
Charge app customer service
Customer service is extremely quick to respond and really helpful. My experience with David was fast and he helped me through email with any issues I was having with the card reader setup. Super helpful and I fully recommend
Card scan does not work for me
The only reason I downloaded the app was to scan cards and it didn't work...not even once :(

Hi Jack, Sorry to hear that card scanning didn't work for you. We've released a new update that includes Tap to Pay on iPhone, which makes payment processing MUCH faster and doesn't require entering any card details manually, so I'd love for you to check that out and let me know what you think. Card machine goes down, or already cashed up for the day, this has been great!
Fraudulent transactions
Downloaded this and many transactions automatically taken out, now in dispute with Stripe and having to pay dispute transactions
