Constantly Crashing
I am not sure why the app is constantly crashing, but every time I open it, a few seconds later it just randomly closes. It was not doing this before I bought the premium version. Please fix as it is now completely unusable.

Horrible app, it keeps crashing and I cannot currently use it. It will not accurately hold my home port it keeps shifting the location.

App was working great previously . I Porsches the subscription few days later it won’t even open it just crashes
Glitchy, freezes and now crashes on startup
Dreadful app, how hard can it be to make an app that syncs with your own chartplotters. Trying to sync produced multiple errors on both chart plotter and app, then it appeared to have worked but none of the tracks synced across, now the app crashes on startup. And they make me pay for this privilege twice, by forking out for their chartplotter and an app subscription. Sort it out you money grabbing incompetents.

Difficult to Use
This App needs some serious updates. Locks up if you click on settings, extremely difficult to pair with the new NSO4. You need another internet source other than your phone. Garmin’s Active Captain is light years ahead. It’s so difficult to use, I don’t even use it. Just frustrating!!!
App is terrible
I love my Simrad unit but this app is garbage. Slow, freezes up, won’t sync with my unit. How can this get an average of 4.6 stars in the App Store? Those positive reviews are rigged for sure. Complete garbage.
Nothing but headaches
Every time I try to access the settings part of the app, I get nothing but the spinning wheel. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I check for updates. It never works! Also 95% of the time I try to Sync with my plotter it won’t. Very frustrating, I have zero confidence in Simrad products.

Waste of money and time
App is terrible, crashes constantly. When it does work, between updates you can’t upload gpx Files to it, it responds very slow and ui workflow is just bad. They literally could get a chat bot to write a better app.

Please fix the update in the iPhone app. It shows a spinner and locks up the screen with no way to fix or complete…

Very glitchy
If you try to set Push Notifications you can say goodbye to the settings menu. It crashes and goes into a forever loop and there's nothing you can do to fix it.
Great app to support awesome sounders
I love my Simrad NSS9 Evo 3 sounder, but it’s made even better by this useful and well featured app. Great for visually plotting routes before hitting the water, plus backing up and sharing information between units.

Does Not Work
I purchased the subscription hoping to use the app. When I go to settings to input boat data, the screen has a spinning will in it and will not let me click on the tabs.

Bug issues
If get suck loading in the setting only way to resolve the issues is by deleting the app and reinstalling but again if you try to amend the settings it just crashes.
The app has a lot of issues
The App crashes when you open it quite frequently. It is impossible to sync with my evo3s devices which is the main reason I purchased the subscription. Simrad devices are usually quite good and this app should be a terrific add-on but the reality is the app’s performance is terrible.
Good but annoying
This app is just good it could be great it’s annoying in use because of how laggy it is. It zooms in and out when you touch the screen for no reason. It thinks you want to measure distance to a location when you do not. If you scroll away from your current location and then go into a menu, it’ll often jump you right back to your location when you exit the menu. Just poorly thought out, as if the people coding it don’t engage with the users at all. I love and hate it. They really need some good QA testers to make it great
