Need to turn off cellular data
I struggled with this app for quite some time after buying the drone. I had several exchanges with their tech-support and they were very helpful. I finally went to Grok and tried some different things and they suggested that I turn off cell cellular data, and that seemed to do the trick!
App won’t connect
The app keeps crashing with the newest update when I try to connect to the drone. I am working from an iPhone 14 iOS 26.1. Doesn’t matter what I do the drone won’t connect. The drone will work with my iPad though.

So disappointed in my Christmas gift
I was bought the Simrex X43 drone for Christmas and i was so excited. The drone functions as a basic drone that can fly but i cant utilize any of the features like pictures, video, ect. My device meets all the requirements and ive followed all their settings recommendations and ive checked them
3 times. Very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone. I would consider changing my rating if i received a response with some support.

The app doesn’t function. Will not let me use drone features.
The app crashes once you try to launch it while being connected to your drones WiFi network. Just bought the drone and I CANNOT control it with their app on my phone or use its camera and video function because the app software doesn’t work.
