The past 2 weeks I have tried about 5 different apps for purchasing eSIM data and simsavvy was the better app by a long shot. The 5G data was consistently strong (I manually chose T-Mobile as the network provider) and I did not notice any throttling (standard 3 day unlimited plan). My initial purchase though Apple Pay didn’t go through (most likely due to a bad internet connection) but simsavvy’s support team was easily accessible and they resolved this issue with payment in less than 15 minutes. Other eSIM apps I used caused problems due to their foreign ip address’ but simsavvy did not give me any of these issues. I will definitely be using them again.
UPDATE: On my second round of the standard 3 day unlimited plan, my daily data limit ran out on day 1 in about 30-45 minutes even with low data mode enabled. I’m not sure what I did differently than my first round that would cause this. However, I have not noticed a dramatic change in internet speeds. Seems to be working fine even though I used up my daily limit. I think this might be important information.
