Terrible customer service or lack of I should say. Will not load on my phone so I can view live feed. Would not waste money on this product.
I installed this app but it doesn’t work.
I’ve installed the app and tried to sign in, but it keeps telling me my ID & Password are invalid. I check it out, and both are correct. It took me 2 days just to try to get a validation email code. Never got one!
Loading issues
My app won’t load the live due to network connection although it says online. Keeps giving the error message and.wanting me to talk to support to troubleshoot it when nothing it wrong. Yes, I have good WiFi.
You need to know my contacts for me to hear my kids???
This company won’t allow its use without access to my phone book. Effectively making this product a no-app support item.

Faulty.
Anytime I try to view live feed it does not allow me to. I can barely view the footage from 5 minutes before, without the app starting to bug out. Don’t waste your time or money buying/setting up the camera.
Works great for us
we only need one camera but still works great. the only issue we’ve ran into was the app would kick me and my bf out when one would sign in while the other was on but we figured out that one had to invite the other in order for us to be on at the same time. also the app will have wifi issues every so often for no reason.

Camera doesn’t work
It keeps saying network timed out on my phone and the simyke portable device just went blank after 2 days

Can’t even connect the camera to my phone, it keeps repeating “scan time out” and won’t scan the QR code.

The camera feed goes blank or whites out sometimes? Not sure what causes this or how to prevent it.
Second camera on and has its own “kid” but can’t get it to load.
Had to buy clamps to keep cameras in place over the crib.
If you don’t have good wi-fi, the phone apps won’t work as well as the monitor.

It does its job
Other reviews says that the 2 camera don’t work at the same time on the app. It works fine you just have to add another baby. It glitches out if you try to add two cameras to one baby, but just adding a second baby for the second camera works just fine. I’ve only tried live view from my phone with in the house. So I may update this if it changes when I’m

To view multiple cameras the only way to view the second camera is to completely delete the first and then you have to go through re-adding it. At this point a walkie talkie would serve the purpose and not be as frustrating.

DO NOT BUY
I can never load the live view and it’s extremely frustrating. It says network connection timed out, the camera says online, I’ve tried loading with my phone connected to wifi and just mobile data but I’m still have the same problems. I’m repeatedly closing app and even trying to restart my phone but nothing works. I’ve always had this problem but it’s basically constant now. It also won’t ever load while you’re trying to view and on a phone call. So frustrating.

!!!! SCAM ALERT !!!!!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Cameras will not connect to app and the support section doesn’t work and support will not respond and camera quality is worse that a 2000’s flip phone. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic SCAM.
