Good idea - price scam
I loved the idea for this app, I think it is a really great tool for a lot of people. Nowhere did it say anything about paying for it UNTIL you got to the end of the personalization process where it talked about payments. For people who cannot afford the app to get advice and support this is a scam in marketing

Why does it turn white when we click the responses? We got the notifications back. But the white screen blinds us.

I respectfully urge you to consider alternative approaches that would allow broader participation—such as a freemium model with robust free features, income-based sliding scale options, sponsorships, or volunteer-driven support tiers. You have to pay to do anything.
A 3 day forced free trial is stupid. I downloaded this app thinking I’d have an outlet to vent about life’s problems, including financial. Ironically, it only gives you a forced 3 day free trial, then you have to pay. What a slap in the face.
Notifications
I stopped receiving notifications a couple days ago. I never turned them off. I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would help. It didn’t. It was still like that, and to add onto the pain of this situation, I couldn’t access my original account and had to make a new one. There was no “log-in” option, only “sign up”. I obviously still wasn’t getting notified for anything, so I got rid of the app for good this time.

Not as expected
This app is okay to pass time. But if you are looking for support, the app doesn’t ever refresh and you miss responses which don’t allow the connection with others the app presents. It has a good opportunity to be a great app but the connection part sucks.
Ai slop
Absolutely disgusting to see an Ai Chatbot being implemented. It tells me two things about this app:
1. They have no concern about the detrimental effects LLMs have on the mental well being of their users
2. There is zero reason I should trust that the “people” replying to my posts aren’t just disguised ai to keep me coming back

Incredible app
I absolutely love this app. My dream is to be a psychologist or therapist and I enjoy helping people through their struggles and giving them advice as well as getting my own from people in the same position from me. I love how this app is anonymous and there’s no fear of stealing your information or taking advantage of you. It’s by far one of the best apps.

The app hides that it is paid until you have invested time making an account, going through the introduction, etc

Glitchy and doesn’t give notifications even though they are turned on.

Paid subscription service for no reason
They locked this entire app behind a paywall for no reason. Not even a one time payment but like a full subscription😭
The apps probably 50% devs writing fake notes too. If i was a trillionaire i wouldnt pay for this. The monetary incentive cheapens the experience, isnt selling our data enough?

So frustrated
I did love the app but it logged me out automatically randomly and I haven’t been able to get back into my account and sent an email to support and got no response. I use the paid subscription and i’m so disappointed.
