Doesn’t work and I can’t get my ticket
Can’t store tickets for super pit
Seems pretty reasonable, but encourages storing your tickets for customization, but has no way to store (physical) super pit tickets. Let me scan them, or use the email, or something? Then you will know what zones and events I can access on the schedule.
Has potential but falls flat
Devs are really gonna force an update in the middle of the event and there are international travelers who don’t want to use 200 MB of roaming data just to be able to use the app? What are they thinking?
Overall app is ok and helpful in determining schedule. The live map is cool too but overall a lot of frustrating aspects.

Can’t add events to schedule. No matter what it says the event has passed.
New App for 2023
This new version of the app is awesome. Has Everything! Stores my tix and schedule. Heaps of info.
No real time information, no gender equality
Doesn’t provide useful real-time updates. Yesterday the weather was bad, leading to several changes and delays in the schedule. The app did not have any updated information about new/updated timings of any events
Further, the app had a “spotters guide” for the male F1 racers. But did not include this guide for the women’s F1 teams

Needs Leaderboard
It seems like a good informational app re times, drivers, entertainment and shopping but it might be nice to add some actual racing details like a leaderboard, maybe a radio link for the commentary etc.
Not reliable
I found the App very unreliable over race weekend. I had to delete and reinstall twice. Then on Sunday evening all the info on events disappeared before they had finished.

Crashes Worse Than a Rookie Driver
Race weekend and it won’t even launch. Yes I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Pathetic.

Not a lot of thought put into this app. Add events to your schedule and they are not even presented in chronological order.

Super unstable
This app was fabulous last year, all the race times and entertainment events at your fingertips. Content is good but this new version is super unstable. Can’t open it, won’t stay open, close to useless when out and about on the track. Offline mode is not much better. Disappointing.
App quality is inversely proportional to ticket price
Apparantly my ticket (3 day grandstand all zones) doesn't give me access to any concerts now. Really? That's a real bummer. I guess I'll have to crash them. Also didn't work at all on our other iPhone X iOS 12.4.1

Crashes instantly upon opening
Have it on my iphone and ipad. It worked OK yesterday until about 7pm singapore time. Doesn’t work now. Just crashes instantly when it opens.

Keep on having to delete and re-download as it won’t load!

Stops working every time and I re-download. It’s a really great resource for the hours it works.
Keeps crashing
I never normally review apps, but this is a shocker. It’s been fine all week, added favourites to make my schedule etc. today, the first actual day I need the app I can’t open it, it crashes every time. I deleted it and downloaded again, worked for 10 minutes, now crashing again.
