I really find all the pop up advertisements irritating. Please allow us to pay for the App, rather having to wait for the pop up advertisement to disappear.
Horrible after a recent update
You used to be able to see multiple ways to get to a place but now they just shows one.

Too many ads
Too many ads and the duration is getting longer and longer which is unbearable now. I’ve decided to uninstall you app after using it for many years.
Will not recommend to download now
Used to like it very much as it was so useful. But now, the advertisement is so long, and no way there is a cross out button, meaning we will be forced to click the advertisement. Really waste of time. I will use google map instead now.
Pls offer a paid, Ad-free version!
I really love this app and would honestly be happy to pay for a premium version to support the developers. Please consider offering a paid, ad-free subscription! I would much rather pay than have to watch ads.
I noticed that you recently added an option to remove ads, but unfortunately, it seems to require users to watch ads in advance to earn points. That doesn’t really solve the problem for users who simply want an ad-free experience.
Please consider introducing a proper paid version with no ads at all. I would gladly pay for it! 😊

The latest version is not good
I have been using this App for around 9 years, but the latest version can’t even show right transport and without choices of different routes
Too much advertisement
I fully agree. Even if they can’t remove ads entirely, at least give users the option to close them! Right now we are forced to sit through the entire ad with no way to skip — it’s so annoying and completely meaningless. It just wastes everyone’s time. Please be more considerate towards your users.
Rubbish system
An absolute disaster , used to be a good app , now location doesnt even work , despite my phone having no issues with other apps…. Wasted 20 mins of my commute
Waste time & Missed the Buses
Always open the app it shows advertisement yet it takes 30 seconds and sometimes shows other advertisements. This app has made me missed the buses and that’s why my friends said so annoying.
Getting bad to worst
I used to like this app over Google Map unless I want to get street view information, but nowadays I gave up. I must watch a long advertisement before you can get to see the map (some times 2 ads). I can understand you need ads to generate revenue but the norm is 15s. Sometimes I urgently need to find a location I can’t sit out the ad.

From a 5 star to a 1 star app
The ads are getting longer and longer, and can’t even skip it for the 30 seconds. When ppl rushing to use the app, you got to stand there and wait 30 seconds for the ad and caused ppl missed the bus. Almost wanted to delete the app if no improvement on user experience. Defeat the purpose of having this app.

Your app close is not working
I love your map, much better than Google map in terms of the 2-D drawings. But whenever your ad launches, it cannot be closed even I have allowed it to finish. Please check your close video button and reward granted button, they are not working at all.

Starting the app shows you an add that takes some time to dismiss.

Practically, can't use the apps as can't close the ads. Maps itself is actually good.
Too many unskippable ads!
Could you have a paid option? I don't mind paying a monthly fee to remove pop-up ads. You are a maps app, not a game. Having to watch a 30-sec ad just to use a maps app is ridiculous. If Google Maps wasn't so notoriously bad for SG maps, I would have used Google maps. Just charge us $1.99 per month and be done with the ads.

The earned rewards were reset after some time
I'm pretty sure I watched the ads and earned 4–5 rewards to start the app without annoying 30 seconds pop-up ads. But if you haven't use the app for a few months, those rewards will be erased which it's quite unfair.
Ads bad
If short ads like 5 second or skip ads option available, is it still acceptable. Need to wait for 30 second is not acceptable. Especially when you just want to have a quick check on the bus arrival time and what is the route.
Deducts ads timing
It’s a great app to use but the ads is getting longer which on the road u need in search urgently but u need to wait for the ads to finish
