Ads are intrusive
Starting the app shows you an add that takes some time to dismiss.
The earned rewards were reset after some time
I'm pretty sure I watched the ads and earned 4–5 rewards to start the app without annoying 30 seconds pop-up ads. But if you haven't use the app for a few months, those rewards will be erased which it's quite unfair.

Thirty second ads to access the app? I used to like this app, but this is ridiculous. Time to make the switch to Google Maps.

with the latest update, the ad at the start cannot even be dismissed after it's played to the end. so the app is now effectively unusable. that's what corporate greed looks like. junk.

Used to not have pop up ads, now it appears every time you start up the app.
Outdated compared to the website
For some reason the map in the app is outdated compared to the one on their website. This is true even after uninstalling and reinstalling from the App Store. Would have gotten more stars if this is fixed.

Outdated map and wrong directions
Took me to a place where the map showed a a road and some of the roads were dead ends. Lentor area. Stuck look for a way out for and hour walking around.
Slow, no landscape mode
Slow to load maps, doesn't auto-rotate into landscape mode on iPad.
Excellent map but let down by advertisements
The maps are very detailed and my favourite.. unfortunately the advertisements are down right irritating.. I won’t mind paying to get an ad free version.

Crashes upon opening
Version 6.0.2 which supposedly fixes the crash problem, is terrible. The app crashes every time it is opened.
Version 6.02 still cash on launch
Deleted app and re-installed, it still crashes. Kindly fix the problem.

I used to rely on this app heavily. After the last update it crashes on startup every time. Tried deleting and reinstalling- same thing.

He new update (14 March) makes the already problematic app completely unusable. After the update the app asks to allow notifications, then crashes every time it’s launched thereafter.
Guess that is about par for street directory’s course.
Bottom line: don’t even waste your time with this steaming pile of 💩

What an update, on iPhone X iOS 11.2.6 crash on launch. I see splash screen for 1 to 2 secs back to home screen.
