Great apps! Very easy to use and helps track routes clearly. As a Malaysian, I find it even less confusing than Malaysia’s MRT system. First time visitors can easily navigate Singapore using this app. Simple and very user friendly. Thank you.

I love it
It’s simple straightforward and easy to use and I’ve been using it for years. Plus the times are accurate and it doesn’t need wifi to use so you can use it offline, just like it says. Often times it’s way better than google maps if you want to use MRT only. It’s really the best.

Update on map
The map is ok but it needs to update again because Hume station is opened but there is no response and some of Punggol LRT is not update

Not very useful
Always showing longer routes. Still needs more research as there are lots of faster ways to move around the stations. I also wish that they could include last train timings at night.
No update after feedback
Informed the developer by email, still no update on the app. Wrong direction given from time to time especially downtown line related when having more train required in trip. Giving wrong direction like toward Expo / Bukit Panjang causing critical impact on user time. Unacceptable by not making correction.

Nice and easy to use. But I couldn’t find a fare calculator. And an update will be necessary soon as a bunch of stations will be opened in second half of June on the TEL. And there are more stations which are going to be opened on other lines.

When looking at route, the calculated fares at the bottom are hidden behind the menu and with no scrolling option.

Needs more route options
Using this app to get from Sembawang to Botanic Gardens but it shows red line then yellow line when it can be red line and blue line

super convenient and very straightforward to use. fare estimates are a bit lower than actual fares so just add at least a 10-cent adjustment to be safe.

Standard tickets are no longer available since last year. Yet it still shows in the destination pricing.

Communication must be improved
No notifications of problems on lines. Had to look up closure of TEL line on 5/1 on the internet. Incident posted on Twitter but not everyone wants to use Twitter. Broadcast major problems on other media such as radio. Would save us journeys to the mrt station. Very amateur set up!
Late update of latest mrt lines
Other apps has updated latest mrt lines on thomson east coast lines. But this apps still not updates
