About

SingBuDong shows what homes in Singapore actually sold for, HDB flats, private condos and landed homes, on one map, and what HDB flats and condos rent for. Open it, look at your area, tap a block. No search needed, no sign-up. Transacted prices, not asking prices Every price comes from registered transactions and rental records, not listings. Blue markers are HDB resale flats, rose markers are condos and apartments. HDB and condo markers show the flat type or unit size, a recent price, price per square foot and the lease left or freehold status. Condo projects with developer sales and no resale yet appear as New launch markers at their developer prices. Landed homes appear as amber markers when you turn them on in Filters. Sale and Rent • Switch Sale to Rent and the same HDB and condo markers show median monthly rents • Tap a block in Rent for its recent leases and a rent trend On the map • Zoom out: every town becomes one card with HDB and condo median psf side by side • Zoom in: prices at block level, right where the block stands • Filters: HDB, condo and landed homes; BTO and new launches; room type, unit size, price and rent bands • MRT, school and hawker centre layers, and a radius tool that lists primary schools within 1 km and 2 km of any point • One tap to show where you are (your position stays on your device) Inside a project • Recent sales: date, storey range, floor area, price and psf • Averages by flat type, the low and the high, and how the estate compares with its town • 3-year median price trend, with individual deals plotted as dots • BTO launch details for estates that started as BTO projects Tools • Search HDB estates, condos and landed estates by name or street • Compare two estates side by side, for prices or rents • Save estates and sync them across devices (sign in with Apple or email) • Turn on alerts for an estate and get a notification when a new sale is registered • Estate Talk: short posts from residents and visitors. Sign in to post; every post can be reported and its author blocked Where the data comes from • HDB resale: "Resale flat prices based on registration date" from data.gov.sg, synced every morning • HDB rents: "Renting Out of Flats from Jan 2021" from data.gov.sg, updated monthly • Private residential: URA Data Service transactions, synced twice a week, and rental contracts, updated monthly • Map: OpenStreetMap. Addresses and coordinates: OneMap (Singapore Land Authority) Prices and rents are indicative: registered records processed, averaged and mapped by us. Not valuations, offers or advice. Free to use Browsing is free and needs no account. Signing in only adds saved estates synced across devices, alerts, and posting and reporting in Talk.
