My review of this app .. it has several bugs that need to be worked out .. and i hate the whole have to input your password in to transfer money in between accounts !!!
Almost always down
If you try to open it just to check your balance you’ll get a message that says “unable to validate your information”

i am new to this. the very first time i try to log in i get locked out. who uses only favorites as security questions? favorite things change, i don't eat candy i don't have a favorite candy i don't eat it; i don't have a favorite car, i am not a guy, i don't really care about cars. facts do not change, i will always know where i was born, my first grade teacher, etc. FACTS DO NOT CHANGE. FAVORITES DO CHANGE. i will be calling in every week cause i get locked out of my online account.

The worst
It is hard to log in. It takes too long to login in. You have to go through so many steps to log in no matter if you use your computer or cellphone. I have 2 other bank apps none of them are this difficult. This is a HUGE pain to use.

Nice when it works but when I have to delete it 3 times in one week to make sure I have the “updated version” of it just so I can check it.

Balance summary
Each transaction show in in your accounts transaction listing should also show the balance after that transaction. Which means there should be a balance after column.
Needs to be fixed
App will barley work when I need to transfer money and I’m constantly getting over draft fees. Also got charged an overdraft fee in my savings account when there is plenty of money in it. What’s going on here?
Worst app I’ve ever dealt with
Every time I go to log in after a week or so from changing my password from the last time I did it, I have to call and change it again. So basically the app never works for me. Probably going to change banks ASAP. Thanks for nothing.
Works great
I’m actually quite impressed. The app supports Face ID Lets me see all my balances. Let’s me deposit a check. Transfer money (even to other banks) which is pretty cool.
New Update
With this new update I can't print my estatement nor find where it's even located. I don't like the change in syatem. The last was easier to navigate
Not working
I’ve done exactly what they’ve requested me to do in order to set up the new and improved app. It will not let me login in the app or online. It was working just fine before July 16th now it’s frustrating that I have to call the automated line. 😡 keeps saying cant validate login👊🏾
