Useless

You submit a review and the company gets back to you via email (no app). The app has no updates. Then randomly they ask you to upload stuff in the app, but there is no option to do so. Terrible app from a terrible insurance company

Not user friendly, no focus on customer experience

Your app is simply not ready. Your website has also a lot of inconsistency.
A password that includes a character on the portal can’t be used on the app…
The app screen keeps on jumping when typing email or passwords.
The app says something is wrong on Singlife side after receiving a sms code.
Cards are simply impossible to share, the options given just open applications and don’t attach the cards.
What a nightmare of an app and portal.
Sort it out.

App open with white screen and stopped. Anyone not worry about their money in Singlife?

Asks for login every single time even while switching back and forth with other app

This is really frustrating to login again and again which itself is not very pleasing flow.

App does not work at all

Crashes or fails to load every time I try to log in. Unbelievable and completely unacceptable.

Crappy App for a tech company

Surprisingly crappy UX for the app. Keeps crashing. The face ID verification dosent always go through. For an insuretech company, the experience is pretty much like a traditional (legacy) insurer wearing a bright red shiny coat.
