Cannot upload receipt

Unable to upload receipt to earn points most of the time (the error message reads 很抱歉，我們在嘗試處理你的請求時遇到問題。請到我們任何一個客戶服務櫃檯尋求幫忙). But concierge refused to register the points at the counter if the receipt is not received in the same day. Have to try repeatedly to upload one receipt. Please fix the issue.
