Funds are stuck in the wallet

I was able to deposit my funds to the wallet.
I can not cross chain my funds to be able to transfer them out of the Sinzu wallet. I repeatedly get the SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG TRY AGAIN. This happens over and over.
There is no support to ask for help at all.
Currently my assets are stuck in this wallet!

Money trapped

Money can’t move crops chain in App give a generic Sorry error and can’t send it back out so essentially stole 1 avax. Do not download till they fix. Haven’t tweeted since April……

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I never leave reviews but if you look at these. Please read mine it will save some head aches. Transferring from one chain to another doesn’t work. And when you try to “Import C” or any other chain it just says “SORRY!!! Error has occurred” I’m currently out $300 and I’ve been trying to fix this for literally days. Plus the private key you make works only on this app so I’m in a huge pickle. Support doesn’t seem to be there anymore nor has their twitter page been active in a while…

Bugs fix

Hi, the wallet is great for avax currency. But it has a series of serious problems, please fix these problems. The first in making wallets and the second in encrypting wallets. I really need an avax wallet. Thanks
