No confirmation or contact point
I have done a payment three days back. There is no confirmation mail or no update for the payment. There is no contact point for customer support. I don’t even have a way to withdraw the spend money.
Fraud
Never ever use this app for your SIPs. This people are fraud. When you will try to withdraw your precious hard earned money they will fail your transaction saying it is due to technical error. I am trying to withdraw my amount from the last 4 months but still not able to withdraw it. Their customer service is of no use as their executives will never pick up your phone and even if they by chance you will get hilarious replies from them.

Poor support
Why are my investments not showing? Why are they zero balance? There is no reply from the support team as well.
Disappointing
I started my investment through sip in this application. After a month they switched my investment scheme, but there was no confirmation of the switch made even after 2 weeks. They never reply to the complaints made. My investment is showing 0 while I have made some investments. Ridiculous service.
Was good. But now forcing for regular mutual funds
It was good. The UI was clean. It was easy to invest. That is the main reason I invested in Squrrl even there was a charge of 30rs for each transaction. But now they have crossed the limit and forcing to accept to convert direct funds to regular funds. Pathetic.
Nri accounts not supported
Nri account not supported by sqrrl, which is a big let down, as i needed to stop sips due to this!!!

The feature of setting investment goals is well done.
Can’t Stop SIP
Once you started they don’t give any option to stop SIP they tell you to skip and then you get option to stop it but there is no such option.
Subscription fee
Now they are charging 30/- INR for monthly payment. I think they need to reduce the fee. Overall the app is well organised.
Rs 30 per transaction charge
Now they have started charging rs 30 for per transaction. So if you got two sip u will b charged 30 from each of your transaction. They are playing with the customer money. I have associated with sqrrl and have recommended it to many of my friends. But now after this move.. I don’t think gonna reccomend it any more..
Beware and stay away from SQrrl as many better option are available in the market who don’t charge a Penny .

Excellent Platform For MF
I have been using Sqrrl for past 3 months. I must say that these people are doing a great job. App is fast and secure. I have also tried withdrawing money from my portfolio. It was redeemed within 4 days. I am really satisfied with their customer service through chat. These days CHAT is the preferred mode of communication rather than call or mail. But it should be instant. Sqrrl has got the exact thing for their customers. You drop a message in working hours, you get reply within reasonable time.
Most important aspect of Sqrrl is target/goal based setting up of SIP and suggestions. They also post blogs that are really helpful for beginners/novice.
Recently, I heard from Sqrrl that they are setting up subscription. Its free right now. Will write a review once the updated app includes subscription.

Money stuck
It has been 1 year since i have been using this app
It is a real pain when it comes to depositing money that gets stuck n never comes back
I was trying to save but now app froze took away my money n i have not had any call which o arranged from cs team of sqrrl what so ever
First the payment tool is so cringy it fails and gets stick with your money gone not used not invested nothing
Secondly when u try contacting them , there is nt a number available
They say will call but never call back
Pathetic app and super pathetic service

Hi Amrita, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. As informed, these issues occur due to UPI failures and the involvement of multiple entities in the transaction. Rest be assured that the money invested never touches Sqrrl account and in case of an unsuccessful transaction, is refunded back from the AMC's end to the source account.

Worst service
My account has been put on Hold due to KYC. I have already added Money and uploaded relevant documents for KYC. After two days, I got e mail regarding KYC pending and it’s already more than 10 days, still pending. I want to withdraw my money.
Easily understandable
The application is quite good for beginners as it is easy to understand. It also helps in making a goal based investment according to your need and money requirement.
The only issue which I have been facing is delay in updating the transactions in the app even after getting the confirmation( In mail ) from the mutual fund in which I have invested.
Also, when I try to contact any agent through application. No one is there to respond. The mails which I sent are also useless as I never get any reply.
Edit: Even after adding money to the wallet and getting it invested in 3-4 days. The app still shows your payment of X amount is due on X date. Why isn’t it synced properly. Kindly fix it.

Ok app, not very flexible
The idea of making investment easy through an app is very good. But the app literally gave me one liquid fund to invest in. It should have given at least a few options.
