Old school fun times
This game has given me 40+ hours of ocd perfection. Lots of ways to play.
Looks really fun, shame it crashes so often for me
I played (and continue to play) Siralim 1 and had a blast with it; one of the things I really appreciated was that it's one of the few in-depth games my old iPad can run without any problems. Needless to say I was psyched about this game, especially because it looks like they fleshed out the spellcasting system a lot (creatures can cast spells now with indvidual stats, and you don't have to worry about running out of charges on your best scroll and having to search for more scrolls once that happens) and made character class have more of an impact-- not to mention the various quirky gods (the god of anger who always cusses at you might be my favorite so far, though it's a close call between him and the creepy/flirty spider goddess of poison). However, one problem: the game has a very annoying tendency to crash when someone (either me or my opponent) casts a spell in combat. I'm still giving it 3 stars because it looks like they tried to take some measures to fix it, with options letting the game run more smoothly on lower-quality devices, and it's nice that they're showing consideration for players like me who don't have the newest devices; also, it seems like it would be a lot of fun if it didn't do that every time. Maybe add an option kind of like Turbo Mode but that only disables spell graphics or something, not all combat information? I don't know. Looking forward to playing this when they get the bugs ironed out.

Why Did I Take A Break?
I love this game a lot, had 100+ hours on my main save before I took a break for a while. Now that I’m finally getting back into it, I can’t remember what it was I was working on with my builds and such since I didn’t bother to record my plans anywhere...
It’s super fun to plow through levels while earning more reputation with the various Gods, at least, though I also don’t remember who I really needed to rank up and what items or materials I really needed to get to unlock further bonus features and such. :P
All I know is that I can slaughter the enemies in Daily Realms and everything no problem, but with the sigils, it tends to be the exact opposite, lol. And the last Task in my current set for the fortune teller requires me to beat a level 5+ Primal sigils... (I had to check the library to remember what Tasks were and a bunch of other stuff, so I’m thankful that’s there, maybe I need to read more of that to figure out more strategies and stuff, or just start putting more time into one of my NG+ saves with some of the “cheats” active to help me out a bit more, lol.)

I just bought my first in app purchase but it causes my game to crash every time i try to restore my purchases.

Such an awesome game. I rarely find a game I can put that much time in to... I put about the same amount of time in to the first one. Can't wait for siralim 3 for iOS!!!
Wow of a game
I gotta say when I spent the $5 for the game I was skeptical. This game really surprised me with its simple yet addictive gaming. All the different things you can do to customize your monster and character are refreshing. Definitely worth the money to play the game. If I had to change anything about it it would be to make the class of your character more impactful. It just feels like the only reason its there is to change the color scheme. Which also seems to be a recurring thing with some of the monsters that are just reskins but if you were to update the game and add more monsters periodically it would be a nice touch. Also Idk if it’s just a personal issue but when ever my alarm goes off the game completely freezes. Keep up the great work.

Best Monster Raising Game For Mobile
It’s the modern version of Dragon Quest Monsters for the Game Boy Color.
The best feature has to be the multi platform cloud saves though. Going from my phone to PC and back again is amazing!

Love it
This game is like Pokemon, final fantasy, diablo one and rogue all in one. You can build up your castle, catch new monsters to fight for you, craft items and specialise them, and get spells for your monsters with random attributes mixed in. There are 600 ish monsters, plus their breeding parts which can change the way that monster works. Very pleased with my purchase and hope the devs will add more stuff too, wish the monsters had more than one artefact on them but that’s just a minor fuss.

I am writing this review 3 hours after I bought this game, all of which I spent playing it. The game has a great tutorial that gradually introduces all of the various mechanics and systems, and is presented very well. I love the art style and the music, and the fact that you can capture any monster you encounter will be a treat to Pokémon game fans. the controls work very well on my ipad and I even found an option to adjust button placement which helped me a lot. There are so many secrets and things to unlock in this game, it's amazing. I will be playing this game for a long time to come, and the fact that there is no level cap is great! The game is very addicting and there is always that "let me do just one more floor" feel. Great job dev team on this, I can't wait to see what you will work on next!

Best game on ios. I have many games but this is the one I play the most.
Great gameplay for RPG but needs improvements on the design.
The game itself is great. Like any other RPG, the storyline is bland and basically just level up creatures doing quest after quest. I have no problems with the gameplay but there are some fundamental fixes that would've greatly improved my experience, mainly an auto save. When I stop playing, the fear of losing progress is huge, especially since you need to manually save and there are no reminders in the game after each dungeon run. I stopped playing because I lost my progress 30 min in. Furthermore, I do like how the controls can be changed in options but the movement isn't that smooth and the menu is very confusing. There are just way too many items to customize for the creatures, which is great but a bit too much customization.

The game auto-saves quite frequently. It saves after you enter a new dungeon, and after you do something major like breed your creatures. If you don't manually save, you won't lose much progress - maybe 5 minutes or so, but definitely not anywhere near 30 minutes.
Crashes
Can't play the game it crashes before it starts
Keep trying to enjoy, but
It crashes often. I played for over 27 hours, the game crashed and when I try to open it, an error message opens. Had to start a new game that crashes sporadically.
Niche, but AMAZING to the audiance it caters for.
Everyone who like ever-growing numbers, trying a bunch of different team builds, collecting achievements and especially min-maxing a BUNCH of stuff, this is THE game you want !

Solid Successor
"Siralim 2" is a fantastic sequel in that it retains the core mechanics and spirit of the original while adding enough content for it to be considered a new game. If you enjoyed the original, I recommend buying this. If you're new to Siralim, I recommend this one over the original because of the many new features added, and the story is different from the first. Thanks for reading!

Läuft einwandfrei bei mir (IPad-Air 2, aktuellstes Update), Cloudsupport funktioniert ebenfalls (spiele außerdem auf Windows/Steam).
Wer sich für Pokémon interessiert oder für rundenbasierte Kämpfe mit Monstern generell, sollte hier unbedingt zugreifen. Ziemlich komplexes Spiel, definitiv anspruchsvoller als Pokémon, aber nicht unfair, sofern man sich mit Gegnern und den eigenen Möglichkeiten (Teamzusammenstellung, Zauber, Zucht, Perks usw. ) auseinandersetzt.
Entwickler liefert regelmäßig Updates, gab vor kurzem ein großes kostenloses Content-Update. Es gibt derzeit zwei DLCs, die allerdings nur die Dropchance für Währung erhöhen, aus der man Skins für seine Monster herstellen kann. Demnach absolut optional und eher eine Möglichkeit, den Entwickler zu unterstützen. Für den Preis kann man echt nichts falsch machen, wenn man das Genre mag. Teil 1 muss man nicht gespielt haben.
