Awful app
Needed this app for relocating. The whole interface is terrible and filled with bugs. Currently unable to use because it claims there is an update in the App Store but I cannot update the app when I open the App Store.

Relocating and Moving can be a stressful experience, but with SIRVA's Connect+ we can make it even more stressful. Do you enjoy being asked which currency you would like, but then not being allowed to make any changes, so you leave it on the currency shown. Once you complete all the other questions and hit submit - Pop Up time saying you have to select currency, so you select it and hit confirm. When you go back to submit, it will again tell you to select a currency. Worst app in the history of apps period. They will try to sell you a house or sell yours by blowing up your phone. That person who will help you get around town at your new location in the US with lots of local information is actually based in the Philippines.

App is not very good at all
App never worked. Not for a second. A number of attempts and redownloads, you name it, I tried it to no avail. Will simply do without it. By the way, the actual online version has its hiccups as well. Not sure what to do. Guess I’ll just go the old fashion route and call. Again, not ideal but what are you gonna do, huh.

App Barely Works – Very Slow and Unreliable
This app has been extremely frustrating to use. It is very slow, often barely works, and frequently shows server errors or messages saying the server is not available. Many times the app simply does not load or respond properly, making it almost useless when you actually need it. For an app that supports employee relocation and important tasks, reliability is critical. Unfortunately, the performance and stability of this app are very poor and need significant improvement.

Can’t login
My company uses sirva and I can’t even login. After I enter my email it just hangs at auth0 site.
Barely functional
I have to use Sirva for a work relocation. I downloaded this app because their website does not work on my mobile device (iPhone 14 pro max, Safari or Chrome). Many buttons aren’t clickable so you can’t complete necessary tasks. I thought this would be better. Sadly I can’t even enter basic form data in the fields - it’s basically non-functional. The expense piece works however. I’ll go try to do the things I have to do on a laptop next; hopefully it works better.

One of the worst apps
I wish I didn’t have to use this app for my relocation. Really poor interface, not intuitive, not user friendly, slow to load, menu and drop down options in the forms not tailored in any way. Every time I’m trying to do something on the app I have to speak to the Sirva agent to get assistance. Using the app takes more of everyone’s time and is not helping the process in any way
