Pointless App
This app is completely useless. Why it exists is a mystery. Zero value added here.
Most subcategories are empty
Not sure why this gets such good reviews. When you get down into the submenus for anything other than their standard vinyl, the screen is literally blank. So not temperature, timeline or anything else the app promises.
Love the product, but if they’re not going to update then I’d stick to the standard HTV or stick with cricut products.

Don’t download
As of January 2023, this app hasn’t been updated in a year. It’s not updated to the current iOS version. Any new products siser has released in the past year couldn’t have been added without an update. Why spend the time and money developing an app you’re just going to abandon? You’ve done yourselves and your customers a huge disservice.

Always get the message “something went wrong, please try again later “…so far later isn’t working either…tried several times over last month
Used to be great
The app was an excellent resource, but it hasn't been updated in THREE YEARS. Because of that, it isn't compatible with iOS 14. Now it crashes when you try to open it.

If you use Siser products, then get this app! It was difficult for me to see the thumbnails of their products, and this app has made it easier.
