Why the developer needs background app refresh on is mystifying to me.
What I’d like is an app that stores e-tickets. Since I can’t log in, that’s clearly not going to happen.

If you don’t use MasterCard, you’re out of luck. You’ll be stuck in a loop when you’re trying to check out with their alternative to MasterCard. It’s better to just not use the app. If you use MasterCard, then it should be easy in theory. I won’t know because of the terrible implementation.
Ticket purchase a mess
For a company whose business resolves around selling tickets, you would think sistic would excel at this part of the process - the actual purchase bit.
Instead this app dumps you out of the iOS environment into a desktop ecommerce screen which on mobile is a pretty terrible experience.

Terrible app - basic function doesn't work
This app is awful. You can browse events but when you try to buy tickets it just doesn't work.
To buy a ticket you have to select how it is delivered or collected. Once you do there is no way of returning to the checkout and completing the transaction.

They really shouldn't have bothered with this. Impossible to navigate, hard to find anything or search by category, difficult to browse. Don't bother.

App is very slow. Waited ages to see my seat selection and gave up in the end, will order online!
Doesn't work on the first try
I have an iPhone 5s and tried buying tickets.
During my account registration it gives me an error code 0000 due to an invalid postal code (I'm pretty sure the six digit code is not invalid...it's my home address).
I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it still fails.
First time using it and this was my experience.
Sad.

waaay to much info for registration. not even iphone5 screen size compat..
Search function
Hard to search as categories are not available especially if you are not sure of what acts / shows / concerts are on sale. Can definitely be improved!

Almost useless
