SiteDraft turns a LiDAR scan into a dimensioned floor plan — the kind of measured survey drawing an architect, interior designer or contractor actually works from. Not a sketch, not a 3D toy: a scaled sheet with dimension strings, door swings, window widths, a room schedule and a title block.
Export it as a PDF, or as a DXF that opens directly in AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD.
HONEST BY DESIGN
Most scanning apps show you a clean drawing and let you assume every line is measured. SiteDraft doesn't.
• Measured walls are drawn solid. Estimated, hand-added or typed-in walls are drawn dashed — and the sheet says so in its notes.
• Every site gets an accuracy score, with the specific reasons it isn't higher.
• Where the scan missed a stretch of wall, the app marks the gap instead of quietly closing it.
• Measure a wall with a tape and enter the figure, and that wall is treated as verified and drawn at your number.
If SiteDraft isn't sure, it tells you. An estimate is never presented as a measurement.

DEVICES
Full scanning needs a LiDAR sensor: iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro models, and iPad Pro from 2020 onwards.
On devices without LiDAR, SiteDraft still works — you mark each corner of the room and it builds the plan from those points, clearly flagged as the less precise method. You can also type dimensions by hand.
PRIVACY
SiteDraft makes no network connections at all. There are no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no Technesium servers. Your sites stay on your device, encrypted at rest, and sync only through your own private iCloud. We never receive your data — there is no code in the app capable of sending it.
Your clients' floor plans are nobody's business but yours.

Scanning, the drawing on screen and your data are free. SiteDraft Pro removes the free-version mark from exported drawings and unlocks the CAD (DXF) and 3D model (USDZ) exports. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
