Not working

Was a great app until update, kept saying my login information wasn’t correct even tho I’m the only one who has access to it and it automatically fills in every time because it’s been saved since I got the app years ago. Tired latest update and now as soon as click on the app it crashes same on more than one device.

Why did you design your app to sign you out of your account constantly….. also why is only part of your system available from the app we still need to use the pc to view pro rewards ect.

Product labels SDS can’t scroll or zoom

New version can’t zoom into labels or scant scroll to the 2nd page of an SDS document. These are important aspects of researching products. Please fix!

Zoom into the labels

It is difficult to look at the label when you click on it. You are going to need to have binoculars too look at them. Can someone please fix ? Great app

How in the world am I supposed to shop your products when I can’t even scroll down a page? Trying to find something that SiteOne has on the app is infuriating.

The latest app update, 6.51, causes the app to crash while it is trying to open.

App does not work

Tried to set up an account so I can check inventory (I can’t ever reach them by phone). App will not accept my email address as valid. I got by that by giving them a secondary email, which I do not monitor. It lists my nearest branches as Oklahoma locations (I am in mid-TN, and there are 2 branches within a 30min drive of my house).
SiteOne is generally hard to deal with and extremely expensive, and their app seems to be part & parcel. I’m pretty much just giving up on them altogether.

No confidence

I enter the app and it tells me to download the app that I just used to access site one. Then it asks to use my location which it does no matter how I answer 4-5 times. It never remembers my login even though I check the box for it to remember. I like accessing product prices but have never placed an order. If I have to jump through hoops just to log in, then I have no confidence that my order will go through.
