When you login to the app, it seems to need to function out of a browser. It’s really clunky and not at all user friendly

When you try to search explore on the map the app closes I have emailed tech & no response over 2 months ago.

Members have to login more than once to get to some parts of the site. Site details are laid out in a way that makes it difficult to find information quickly
Limited search options
Why is it that holiday sites always suppose you have an area to visit in mind? As campers maybe we just want to browse. I thought I would browse England but that was obviously centred on Meriden so the max radius of 100 miles was inadequate to cover the whole country. Why divide into arbitrary areas? Central England is a subjective division. Counties would make sense or some alphabetical overall map/ listing. Not happy

Awful App
I can’t believe how clunky this app still is after years & years! Can’t see bookings, have to sign in every time, dreadful search facility. No wonder I book with “the other club” 9 out of 10 times!

Site keeps freezing on the maps

Tried several times at different locations on our around Britain trip and can never get right through the booking process!! Also tried at home with computer and same outcome
Great site, but…..
I love having easy access to check what sites are in the area I plan to visit, but it would be nice to check price and availability without having to go through the full booking process. Reading peoples reviews is always useful and helpful to find out what is nearby to visit. I wish more info about public transport, or where campervans, or motorhomes, can park in local areas of interest.

Difficult to navigate.
This app sends me round in circles. Even though I have stipulated a specific campsite, it insists on giving me a list of all the sites. I then can’t get the price per night for each different type of pitch. As a joint member with my husband, I’m blocked from accessing the members section on the App so it’s a total waste of time. Why can’t both members have access to the members’ section? I feel like a second class citizen!!

Very poor app with limited functions
I’m a fan of the camping and caravanning club but site seeker is desperately poor. Incredibly limited functionality and just clunky when compared to other apps. Could be a lot better.
