Tricky to navigate
Both the SiteSeeker app and website are difficult to navigate.
If you browse a campsite, it’s hard to find a clear link for booking that particular campsite.
If the campsite you want is fully booked it asks you to book an alternative site or alternative dates. It would be useful if it told you what dates are available for your preferred campsite. Sometimes it’s about the location!
You are often asked to login more than once

I’ve started the Great British Coastal Trek
Thank goodness for the Club’s app, the book, the map and the magazine. It’s raised my good map reading skills to sheer laziness. It’s all done for me. PS the King’s living room in Sandringham was so welcoming and it’s true that his garden design skills are marginally better than mine! Thank you to you all for making my journey around Britain so enjoyable xxx

Not the easiest app to use
I find using this app a little frustrating as when navigating through to different pages to complete bookings it repeatedly requires a fresh login
Scottish 500
We hopped from camp site to camp site when we could and it was a welcome break to all the time we spent moving around. Thanks again for the lovely time.
Rubbish
Just use the website
The app
Not the best to compare sites I always end up looking at the big site book. This app needs a compare function please

You have a very good recruitment policy, all your staff across the sites we have visited have been very friendly and welcoming, they also maintain the sites so well.
Electronic membership card👎
Having not been on a rally for a few years, I was unaware of this app, until I was trying to camp with a DA, fortunately I had my old cards with me and was unaware they were out of date , I was able to call HQ to confirm I had current membership with them and also the DA, who happens to be one of the councillors who told me this happens all the time.
I was allowed to camp in the end after the call. Can this be made easier I’m only 51yrs old as well.

Login issues
I’d like to be able to login once and once only. It’s very frustrating when you’re asked to repeat the process !
Terrible app
Always have a lot of trouble logging in so much so, I can’t log in at all now even though I could 5 minutes ago before it logged me out for no reason.
Unreliable app
Sometimes difficult to book sites as the website does not allow the bookings to complete.
Disappointing.
Disappointing.
Difficult to Use
Using my mobile to book or view availability is very difficult

The lack of a capability to look at existing bookings is a major failing. this should have been fixed well before now.

It’s a shame that the app hasn’t got a personal feature that you can put a site as a favourite to return
website is poor on iphone
very difficult to find your bookings on iphone
Very clunky
When you login to the app, it seems to need to function out of a browser. It’s really clunky and not at all user friendly
Sire crashed
When you try to search explore on the map the app closes I have emailed tech & no response over 2 months ago.
Not user friendly
App is unreliable, not easily accessible and over complicated.
A bit clunky
Members have to login more than once to get to some parts of the site. Site details are laid out in a way that makes it difficult to find information quickly
Limited search options
Why is it that holiday sites always suppose you have an area to visit in mind? As campers maybe we just want to browse. I thought I would browse England but that was obviously centred on Meriden so the max radius of 100 miles was inadequate to cover the whole country. Why divide into arbitrary areas? Central England is a subjective division. Counties would make sense or some alphabetical overall map/ listing. Not happy
