Thank you for your question. Sivu AI does not currently offer a lifetime purchase option. Unlike traditional apps, Sivu AI is a usage-based AI platform where every image and video generation incurs a processing cost, and those costs vary depending on the AI model and feature being used. Because of this, we offer subscription plans and credit packages that include a specific amount of AI generation usage rather than a one-time lifetime purchase. This allows us to continue providing access to the latest AI models while keeping the service sustainable and reliable for all users.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, that’s definitely not how the app is supposed to work. If a generation fails or does not complete, credits are automatically refunded by the system, so users are not charged for incomplete results. Sometimes it may briefly appear as if credits were used while the request is processing, but they are returned if the generation fails. We’d really like to look into what happened in your case. I can’t figure it out
I’ve tried everything to figure it out, but I can’t figure out how to use it.
The five second video looks good if I could finish it, it would be great
