Rewards system needs a fix
I love sizzle pie. But the current reward system doesnt make sense for pickup order.
Instead of adding to the order itself it requires a separate QR code at the restaurant which defeats the whole point of pickup order because you will have to wait again for the reward order.

This Sizzle has the best Management in the whole chain.
Horrible pizza company
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had any pizza company.We have given them multiple chances and time after time they will disappoint you.Stay away from the company nothing to do with the app the pizza has potential the people that run it or trash
Garbage app and website
The app doesn’t load. Fully updated phone and zero issues with all my other apps. I downloaded the app because the website wasn’t working. This is the third time I’m not going to order pizza from you because your online ordering is messed up.
Fix this app
This app is super frustrating to use. I love Sizzle Pie, so I hope they make some improvements. There is no way to add extra sauces, so we had to call in and pay over the phone for vegan ranch. And because I clicked “redeem” on my garlic knot offer, which states for online or in store, it invalidated my offer because it turns out that button is only for an in-store purchase and I was supposed to wait and select the offer on the payment screen.
