I have ordered from Sizzlers on multiple occasions and haven’t had a problem. The last time however was terrible! There was an animal bone in my vegan mushroom starter. Rather than just leave a bad review I phoned them hoping to find an explanation and possibly receive a sincere apology. I got neither. I was told the boss was not in and the best they would do was refund the price of the starter. I don’t feel that that was enough under the circumstances. The other non vegan part of the order(a king rib) I am told was alright but cold .I am very disappointed in the service, a sincere apology goes a long way!
