I have ordered from Sizzlers on multiple occasions and haven’t had a problem. The last time however was terrible! There was an animal bone in my vegan mushroom starter. Rather than just leave a bad review I phoned them hoping to find an explanation and possibly receive a sincere apology. I got neither. I was told the boss was not in and the best they would do was refund the price of the starter. I don’t feel that that was enough under the circumstances. The other non vegan part of the order(a king rib) I am told was alright but cold .I am very disappointed in the service, a sincere apology goes a long way!

It’s SOOOOOOO handy that this place is less than 2 minutes walking (or wobbling distance since my two new knees).
The service from these guys is so good, with quality foods and friendly staff who know how to cook and treat customers.

ordered a few times as not many take away deliver to where i am. But this place is amazing beautiful food and big portions
