Easy to use when it works!
App is intuitive and fairly easy to use. I’ve had problems in the past with getting files to upload but seems to be working reliably now.
As a note, this app *will not* work if you have a VPN enabled, which is frustrating. I use a VPN to protect my privacy online, and it seems counter-productive to need to disable my VPN to submit private medical information. Hopefully this is something developers can address with future updates.

Useless
Useless. Allowed the app access to my camera and also to my photo album. Tried taking photos of receipts to submit - won’t upload. Tried taking photos of receipts then using to photos from my album - won’t upload.
Brutal
App won't let me sign up or sign in with all the info off my card. Total garbage
Mostly good, but…
When I log in and tap the + symbol to make a claim, it kicks me out and I have to log in a second time. It will let me submit a claim the second time I log in, but never on the first login.
Persistent Error messages, unable to log in
Keeps giving error messages, won’t let me log in. Waste of time and need up logging in through the web site.

Works well. Wish the app would say when it’s being updated instead of giving me an unrelated error, though (you are not connected to internet, you have no policies, both are false)

App works very well, very smooth performance and allows me to manage all of my plan details and submit claims with ease.
