This app truly seem so promising. I had 5 major problems with it. The first one is that when I tried talking to the ai assistant they offered,it wouldn’t work most of the time so you can’t even talk to it. The second flaw is that every I would go into the app it would say there’s an update version so I had to open it through the App Store. Third error is that every time it would say where I could buy the product the website(they give websites where you can buy it from) wouldn’t even have it so I would have to go on a wild goose chase just to find out it was not even in my country. Fourthly the yearly prescription would change prices like when I first joined the it cost 26$ but a couple days later it was 2$ than a few minutes later 4$. The most terrible this is that when I brought the 26$ prescription a couple days later it logged me out and when I tried to login it would say invalid username or password. So i tried to reset the password and it would say click on the link in you’re email to reset you’re password for it not even giving me an email. I waited and tried to get an email to reset my password so I could login to my account. I am very upset I spent money on this app than it logging me out 2 days later. That goes 26$ down the drain when that could have went to product to help my skin. And to search up products it wouldn’t even work, they only show up a products you didn’t even search up.

This is insane
Whats the point of having a delete account and data option if it doesnt work?? Was this app vibe coded or something?.. and the SCAN option is completely covering it. I just want to remove my data and account off this app. They probably wont even reply or fix this. Very upsetting
