This is super great! I absolutely love the fact you don’t have to pay for anything and they ask you very specific questions. The app tells you what you need to work on and gives you awesome tips! Did not know about this until I heard from someone and would recommend this to anybody!! Thanks Skan ☺️

This app truly seem so promising. I had 5 major problems with it. The first one is that when I tried talking to the ai assistant they offered,it wouldn’t work most of the time so you can’t even talk to it. The second flaw is that every I would go into the app it would say there’s an update version so I had to open it through the App Store. Third error is that every time it would say where I could buy the product the website(they give websites where you can buy it from) wouldn’t even have it so I would have to go on a wild goose chase just to find out it was not even in my country. Fourthly the yearly prescription would change prices like when I first joined the it cost 26$ but a couple days later it was 2$ than a few minutes later 4$. The most terrible this is that when I brought the 26$ prescription a couple days later it logged me out and when I tried to login it would say invalid username or password. So i tried to reset the password and it would say click on the link in you’re email to reset you’re password for it not even giving me an email. I waited and tried to get an email to reset my password so I could login to my account. I am very upset I spent money on this app than it logging me out 2 days later. That goes 26$ down the drain when that could have went to product to help my skin. And to search up products it wouldn’t even work, they only show up a products you didn’t even search up.

Whats the point of having a delete account and data option if it doesnt work?? Was this app vibe coded or something?.. and the SCAN option is completely covering it. I just want to remove my data and account off this app. They probably wont even reply or fix this. Very upsetting

So far so good just got my skin analysis and it is very honest and shows areas were improvement is needed also shows areas you would not have noticed before.However I have only just started the app and have not seen anything else yet

the worst part is that i can’t even delete my account. the “delete account” option is placed so low on the screen that it’s hidden behind the bottom navigation bar, making it impossible to tap. the option directly above it works perfectly, so the placement of the delete button feels intentional. making an account is easy, but deleting it apparently isn’t.
the referral system is also confusing and seems broken. when my boyfriend registered, he was asked to enter a referral code from an existing user. i searched everywhere in my account for my own code, but there was no referral code anywhere, and i was never given one when I registered. why offer a referral option if existing users cannot actually find or share their code? i emailed the support about these issues and still have not received a response.
i would not recommend downloading this app. you are better off using other skincare resources or speaking to a dermatologist instead of paying for basic AI-generated results and recommendations.

Worst app ever, it gave me a 3 day free trial and charged me 21.97$ for a cancelled subscription. Do not download this app. And there’s no customer service number anywhere for this app because they know they’ve been doing this to other people

This is app will flag freckles as “bad” pigmentation. Also, it will say you have eye bags even if you so very clearly don’t. Lastly, it will say you are red even if that is just your skin colour.
