Can't get my account back
I've had this app for a while and love it but I got logged out. Now anytime I try to login I can't because I forgot my password and it was supposed to send me an email to reset it and there's nothing in my email.

I really love this app. It is so fun to do first of all and second of all I know exactly what my pores are doing. I know exactly every single thing about my face now and things I can work on. I love this app and guess what there’s no pricing all you have to do is sign in. It’s literally the best.

Not great for Australia
Unfortunately not worth it for Australian customers rn. Hardly any products are available here, or you have to ship from the US for an extortionate price. Also can’t seem to change to AUD, so all the prices don’t accurately reflect what you’ll end up paying. Will definitely be an amazing app once it’s better suited for the Australian market!

The app is good, but there’s this one thing about it. That’s so annoying.
The app is good and it tells me what I need to improve on for my skin and it works pretty well but I just have to bring this up because it’s really annoying. Every time I open the app it says to update it so I click to update it and then there’s no update and it just says to open the app so I can’t open the app without rerouting me to the App Store for an update that doesn’t even exist. Please fix this.

This is super great! I absolutely love the fact you don’t have to pay for anything and they ask you very specific questions. The app tells you what you need to work on and gives you awesome tips! Did not know about this until I heard from someone and would recommend this to anybody!! Thanks Skan ☺️

This app doesn’t help you at all, it asks you to pay ridiculous amounts of money for monthly, yearly payments enable for you to use the app and for it to help and your skin, and recommend products.

This app truly seem so promising. I had 5 major problems with it. The first one is that when I tried talking to the ai assistant they offered,it wouldn’t work most of the time so you can’t even talk to it. The second flaw is that every I would go into the app it would say there’s an update version so I had to open it through the App Store. Third error is that every time it would say where I could buy the product the website(they give websites where you can buy it from) wouldn’t even have it so I would have to go on a wild goose chase just to find out it was not even in my country. Fourthly the yearly prescription would change prices like when I first joined the it cost 26$ but a couple days later it was 2$ than a few minutes later 4$. The most terrible this is that when I brought the 26$ prescription a couple days later it logged me out and when I tried to login it would say invalid username or password. So i tried to reset the password and it would say click on the link in you’re email to reset you’re password for it not even giving me an email. I waited and tried to get an email to reset my password so I could login to my account. I am very upset I spent money on this app than it logging me out 2 days later. That goes 26$ down the drain when that could have went to product to help my skin. And to search up products it wouldn’t even work, they only show up a products you didn’t even search up.
