Tienes la opción de pedir calzados pero limitan a Puerto Rico tampoco se pueden transferir calzados entre tienda y para colmo nunca hay el zapato (tennis) en la tienda en el app.

Skechers please fix this app. Filters don't work properly, hard to sign up, things don't save to wishlists, buggy all over the place. Love the shoes though.

My granddaughter is very selective of the shoes she wears to school, at 6 years old she LOVES SKETCHERS SLIP INS and I do too!!!
Not Functional
You can browse and everything but place an order. As soon as you do whether it be on the website or on the app always says can’t process but I know it’s not my card because theres a transaction from them that they’re trying to process it but it just instantly gets reversed. Maybe fix your purchasing so I can at least purchase items on the web.

I believe your app has a cliche it show a-lot of zero points for oct and some of my history is actually missing as well .
Relaxed Fit - No Search Option...
Love Skechers shoes and especially the Relaxed Fit width. However for some strange reason there is no option to search for Relaxed Fit shoes on either of the app or the website!!! Please fix this!
Scrolling nightmare
When scrolling down it randomly jumps back to the top and you have to start all over again. After the 3rd time I gave up and closed the app. You’re losing sales because of this!
Worst App for Search
I have tried this search engine several times and have given specific parameter and I still get woman’s shoes included in the search. I searched for a shoe I just bought a year ago and it comes up with 1 result but no picture. If something is discontinued then then the search should indicate that fact. Badly executed attempt at a search engine.

Buggy app
I’m not sure if Skechers is testing this app before releasing. But if you are, go search for anything and try to scroll down and then the app will flip and go back to the very beginning all the time nonstop. please fix it. I am sick and tired of it.

Scrolling issue
In the app while scrolling through it will constantly jump back to the top of the scroll. Most of the time I give up and leave the app.
Love the shoes but…
Keep your receipts. I bought in store, chose three pairs for my daughter and told the associate up front that I would be letting her choose one and would be returning the others. She told me I didn’t need a receipt as the records were kept on my account. When I went to return the shoes two days later I found that I could not get a refund, only get a gift card. 🫤

viewing unfriendly
‘90 degrees annoying’ just downloaded the app and just getting started and right off the bat it’s annoying. Yes, while the app works on iPad, not very well. Have to turn the iPad 90° to view. I’m removing the app and not using it.
Beware of holds on accounts for long durations and no help
So twice I ordered on the app and charged twice for one transaction I was charged both times you’ll go to place your order and it will charge your bank a pending transaction but not create your order tells you to contact customer service which is a real joy. So then they will tell you need to resubmit it that charges you again. The first pair I ordered the lady was able to remove the pending charges right away now my second pair I ordered cause I returned the first the same thing happened only this time the customer service reps did nothing to help release the hold charge they blew me off told me it would come off in 3 to 5 business days I’m on day 6 it’s not returned still pending customer service blew me off again said my bank has to fix it after I just went through this with another order and a competent person so if you don’t have extra money and time to deal with not only sketchers but your bank cause the employees are idiots then avoid this app go to a store cause this is a horrible way to do business.

I want to love it, but I don’t
After recent update, I hoped it would be better. I really want to save items for later. It acts like it saved the item, says it saved item but when I go to saved items, nothing is saved. This seems like it would be simple to fix.
