How many permissions? Also can’t delete account
It’s rude to ask for the earth before I even see your app. Ask for permissions as my usage needs them.
The delete account button asks for confirmation and then doesn’t delete account.

Hi, sorry for the trouble. We released an update on 29 Jan which should solve this issue. If you still experience any issues after updating the app though, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.
All signed up - but doesn’t open
Having been through the pages of consents it states “You’re all signed up” head over to your account - no forwarding possible

After (repeated) authentication this app just freezes at a page that says head over to your account. It doesn’t work. It shouldn’t be on the App Store. Have resorted to just bookmarking the ski club’s webpage on my Home Screen.
Useful time saver
Used the app when asking in Italy on a short break. Probably the most useful feature was the ability to go directly to the slopes without the hassle of purchasing a ski pass. For that alone I give it full marks.

Cconstructive feedback
The sign on framework doesn’t work across the pages - when navigating within the app I’m asked to re-authenticate multiple times.
Latest update - asking to accept the terms and conditions has broken the app and authentication doesn’t work. So cannot log on deleting the app lets re start the journey

Waste of time
The app just freezes on “next” / typical of Ski Club / I really wonder why I bother with this outfit. They have increased membership fees and seriously reduced the insurance cover. Hopeless

So much wrong with this poor excuse for an app.
Only lead member can see discount or snow reports from reps, making family membership useless unless you are the lead member.
Most of the app is just a link to the equally hopeless website.
Logging into the app doesn’t log you into the club website that the app redirects you to.
Focus seems to have been on providing the ability to purchase a lift pass from a few partner resorts as opposed to any real functionality for members such as snow reports, discounts or rep contacts.
If this was minimum viable product, it certainly is minimum but definitely not viable or a good product.

What’s the point? Waste of time and money!
What exactly is the point of this app? Spent time logging in and setting up but it’s clunky and has practically zero functionality. It also interfaces badly with the ski club website. For example, you can’t view resorts on the app - it takes you to the website where you “favourite” a resort but it then doesn’t transfer this back to the Your Resorts section of the app. Also seems to want credit card details. No thanks!

Easy to use
I had my login sorted before the app arrived and had no problems using it. Simple to use and I’m looking forward to using it for lift passes and search discounts easily
