Fun games. Actually pays out. (Slow Support.)

I’ve been playing this for several months now. At first it was great—fun fast responding games. As time went on and more games/features were added, it became slow and glitchy. At that time I contacted support and was refunded for a few games. I finally won enough to cash out, submitted my request, and received money in about a month. Slow but at least it came. About a week later January 20,2024, I attempted another withdrawal. A month went by but I received nothing. Another month passed; still nothing. I contacted support via the in-app chat and was informed it was being referred to a live rep. I’ve heard nothing since. I followed up in app chat — nothing. I sent email to support — nothing. I messaged on fb— nothing. It’s been 79 days. I just want to know the status of my withdrawal request. Delays are understandable. No response is unacceptable.

UPDATE: I finally got a response and my money 80 days after the initial request. I raised my review to 3 stars.

I placed another withdrawal request today. Let’s see how long it takes.

Slow

Game play is good, but the developer needs to up their servers because it takes entirely to long to load the game and submit results. Everything is so slow that sometimes it just times out. If this was fixed, the platform would be more popular.

Update: per the developer response, I made sure my app was up to date and tried to play again- no change. Still super slow to load and submit results.

Disappointed

I really enjoy the games a lot but I’ve had to use support several times of games taking money or gems and not loading game giving me a 0 score. And the wait for a game to finish is very long some times it takes a couple days but now I can’t even log in I’m frozen on the screen that verification of your state and just keeps reglitching I even tried deleting and downloading again and didn’t improve

Stalling withdrawals if u actually win!!

Still waiting on the money owed to me after I cashed out 1/18 and its now 2/13 which is 26 days AFTER cashing out on skill cash as user SharpRabbit425 which the app clearly states it will be no longer than 14days! I reached out to email support from the app 2weeks ago to just receiving a generic email again saying they will prioritize my withdrawal.. Hasn’t happened! This is my 2nd time cashing out $49 as the 1st went through in 2 days with no problem and now I have the feeling I am being stalled for actually winning $$. Y’all need to do better I love the game but I feel I am being stopped for actually winning money. Not right!!

Stalling withdrawals if u actually win

Hey! Needs to work out bugs and customer service..

This review is more like a direct attempt to contact the company because I wrote an email 2 weeks ago still haven’t got a response. The initial complaint was that games would fail to load and error out but would still take my money. I’m down $50 in games on errors alone. My advice.. If you company is doing great kick out some $$$ for a IT team to really clear out those glitches. And customer service reps that respond to clients in a timely manner. You’re sitting on a great game but things that’s happening on the back end is hurting your credibility. Shout you could hire me. I’ll work to respond to customers concerns. Because you’ll continue to get negative feedback which will hurt your business in the short and long term. And I don’t want that for you. I absolutely love this game..minus the previously mentioned complaints. Ps im serious about that job too lol

So sad it doesn’t work anymore

This is the third time I’ve left a review on here because I love this game and now pretty much 1 in 3 games don’t load and if it says failed to load it still takes your money anyways. I was told to reach out but last time I reached out they didn’t help me get the money back they just said the issue has been fixed which it has not. So now I’ve lost several dollars every time the game fails it’s so disappointing.

Steals money every single time I play

I cannot play this app without it stealing my money every time. Games don’t load or scores “fail to submit” yet it never fails to take the cash! Absolutely ridiculous. First few nights after downloading I had to wait DAYS for $38 in reimbursement. Really a shame because the games are actually really fun to play. Just not worth the fortune they wrongfully take. Seriously need to do better. This is the very first review Ive ever left. Really just feel like I need to warn other people as the economy is less than booming right now

I love this game except

There’s even more bugs now than before and I was told that the glitch had been fixed when it would just take your gems/money and give you 0 but it’s still been happening and it’s disappointing when you don’t get to play and then the money is just gone. Sometimes I finish the game and then it just sits there and times out and won’t let me touch anything either which again takes away the score I actually received. I like the new daily goals but even those haven’t always been working , it will just not let you click the claim button. I hope the glitches get fixed in the future cause I really do enjoy the game itself

Do not play

Do not play site. Not only can you not finish a match because they never "fill up" but it can take 3-5 days to get a match refund. It took me 2.5 weeks to even attempt to cash out because my money was tied up on matches for 5 days!!!! I play many sites and this by far the worst. I cashed out on december 9 and have not heard nothing from them. I have sent about 4 emails and there is no reply!!! Do not waste your money on this website. This site is the only one that i have not been paid out. The longest cash out time for any other app was i believe 6 days. But these people won't even respond. I'm sure now that i have posted a review they will respond. Please do not waste your money here.

We have recently reworked our matchmaking based on player feedback, so you should see games complete within minutes, depending on your level, the type of game, etc. Although some games may take longer to look for other players around your level, if a match doesn't complete or fill up, then your entry will be returned to you immediately. I like it

This is the first review that I’ve written, and let me say, I like this app. I was skeptical when playing and didn’t think anything would come of it, but I submitted a withdrawal and I just received the money in my PayPal. I withdrew $50 which is apparently the max to withdraw at a time. I was charged a $1 processing fee, so I received $49. It took under a week to receive and now I have to wait 2 days before I can submit another withdrawal request. There are some bugs where it doesn’t record your score and gives you a score of zero, but I contacted them and was refunded my money. The games are fun and you definitely will not get rich but after spending $000 and working off the gems to win bonus cash and then using the bonus cash to win “actual” cash, this app is legit..

Amazing game with real money payouts.. the only thing you should do different is having a payout higher than $50.. the max payout should be $100 or higher depending on how much you have won and how often you play

Could be better

Great platform but could be better if you will propose 2 players matches to allow competitions to end quickly. Many tournaments expired because not enough players. What a shame !

Good but has some bugs

I love this game and you really do win real money it’s not a scam at all. The only thing is that there’s a glitch or something that sometimes it fails to submit your score and then it will score you as 0 and you still lose your bet even though you played and even if you get a high score so it’s frustrating sometimes when I’m playing the higher stakes games to lose all of that for no reason.

It’s a nice game I play it everyday and I really enjoyed it and I’m getting $750 but the problem is I withdraw $50 and is more than a month I never received on my PayPal account and how I can get some of my winnings if I can’t withdraw it because it’s says my withdrawal is on processing wishing that they given me already my cash out money on my PayPal account so that I can withdraw it again

Great Platform

It’s a great platform to play on. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes to pay out. I am not clear on how you take your withdrawals immediately but take weeks to pay out when I withdraw from you. And it’s all electronically done. I hope you guys speed up your withdrawal process.

Actually winnable! But too slow to get $.

Fun game. I have played many of these “win real money” solitaire games and this is the only one where I don’t feel like I’m getting scammed. The only complaint I have is that when you withdraw funds, it takes like 3-4 weeks to get into your PayPal account. I don’t know what the deal is with this. When I have sent or received money through PayPal for anything else, it is always within a couple of days. But, I have won a few hundred dollars and really didn’t have to work for it so I am grateful. The only suggestion I would make, is that if it’s going to take a month for me to get my winnings, please bring the amount up from $49.

Problem

Love this app and play it daily. My most recent issue is I was recently in Montana and when I opened the app it asked me where I was playing from. I understand there are restrictions for playing for real money in Montana which is fine. I have since returned back home to Utah and I’m still not able to play for real money when I was able to before. Usually it pops up for me to select my state when I’m out of town and also when I return but since returning to Utah the state selection hasn’t popped up. Any recommendations on how to fix this issue?

Limitation of withdrawal and amount

I love the games and can play all day or night but there are many things that makes me gave a 3*.

1) only can withdraw $50 per time
2) took a long time to send payment
3) when a certain limit is reached, you have to wait for another 7 days before you can request withdrawal.

Right now I have probably close to $1k sitting and can’t withdraw.

Had Introduced big stake but what’s the use if can’t withdraw with all these limitations?

Please increase the withdrawal amount and all these and I will give 5*
