User reviews

Not that great

App does not have my Gym in set up….

Can’t open calender

Slow to open personal data

First timer.

The instructor was welcoming. Showed and explained exercise for each station. Clear in his instructions and corrected technique from participants. Motivated participants. There were three stations with time limits and various exercises. Rest periods in between sets ending with hiit. Look forward to pushing myself in future classes.

Skill up!

Grafica molto bella, semplice da usare e motivante

Good app

Would be cool if app had a weekly workout planner with all your booked classes in one place. Easy to use.

Doesn’t connect to exercise equipment

I downloaded the app because it looked like it would connect to techno gym exercise equipment. I couldn’t figure out how to do that. It looks like this app intends to motivate people to exercise using advice and ideas. It does not help users exercise by connecting to gym equipment.
