Doesn’t work
The app simply doesn’t work. It rarely connects to the rower, and on the odd occasion it does, it’s completely inaccurate. Doesn’t sync with Apple Health. Garbage.
Loses connection, workouts
The app regularly loses connection with the erg, interrupts your workout, and then loses all the data.
Needs to connect to health app
Like that it can track calories burned and pace and everything. Just strange that it doesn't integrate into the apple health app so it connects it there because it doesn't update with my activity so kind of pointless except to track your progress. Hope they fix it
Lieblose Unverschämtheit
Für einen premium Sportgerätehersteller ist diese unausgegorene lieblose App mit ständigen Verbindungsabbrüchen ein Armutszeugnis. Noch nicht einmal die Videos sind in einer anhörbaren deutschen Übersetzung. Unbedingt alle Bereiche überarbeiten und sich den Anspruch eines premium Anbieters bewusst werden !

Bonjour, Dommage pour du matériel haute gamme, pas de suivi sur les applications, pas de nouvelles mise à jour depuis 5ans, alors qu’il est relevé plusieurs problématiques C’est abusé ! Surtout à l’heure de la connectivité.

Problèmes de connexion
L’appli serait pas mal sans tous les problèmes de connexion et de sauvegarde des sessions. C’est un peu comme se dire « J’ai une super voiture, mais elle ne démarre en moyenne qu’un jour sur deux, aléatoirement. » Je désinstalle, et retourne aux notes sur carnet.
Not recording sessions
The app initially recorded row sessions, but not now. What’s the point of having an app if there is no support?
Never saves the data
I rowed multiple times back to back. Everytime it recorded the data , paused and didn’t save anything. Ended up recording only 2 sessions out of 6.
Not so useful
Didn’t upload to Strava, doesn’t show splits. Useless app, just a gimmick really

No Apple Watch sync
The app is not synchronised with Apple Watch, therefore workouts are not logged and it’s not tracking heart rate either. No connection to My Wellness Cloud either. These would be much appreciated.

Direi che c’è quello che serve, ma perché non aggiornarla e dare una nuova veste grafica, maggior sincronizzazione con l’attrezzo/altre app etc? App un po’ vecchiotta
Unreliable
Nice concept, though badly implemente — I have found the app unreliable, fails to record sessions, frequently loses and fails to upload data. The app an its users are clearly overdue for an update from the TechnoGym developer team.
Not reliable
I enjoyed using the Skill Row app at first but now week after week it doesn’t register my sessions, times and distance.
I’ve called the support team on a few occasions but nothing is ever done.
It’s not reliable and that’s a shame.
You set a goal for the week and it’s very disheartening when you realise that your sessions haven’t been registered and have been lost on the app.

Trop de soucis de connexion
… trop de soucis, de connexion… Obligé de redémarrer le téléphone régulièrement… L’application ne se lance pas lorsque l’on démarre le rameur
Aucun retour du Service Clients… Pas faute d’avoir envoyé plusieurs messages, mais jamais eu un seul retour

The App is rubbish. Doesn’t keep track of your sessions. No point entering challenges as your efforts are not logged.
This app hasn’t been updated in 4 years so no point in reporting the issues as they unlikely to be addressed.

Eine Katastrophale
Diese App sollte Technogym peinlich sein. Da werden hochwertige und teure Fitnessgegäte verkauft mit tollem Design. Und dann dazu so eine Schrott-App. Während des Trainings verliert sie immer wieder den Kontakt zum Rower, steigt dann aus, ohne zu speichern. Man kann auch nicht mal ne Pause einlegen, um kurz was zu trinken. Oder eine Verbindung zu den anderen Technogym-Apps nicht möglich. Und … noch zig andere Bugs, welche die App nicht wirklich nutzbar macht. Wer also mit seinem SkillRow vernünftig trainieren will, sollte auf eine andere App zurückgreifen. Echt peinlich für Technogym.
