Worst app!!

This app is absolutely awful!! The login process does not work with MFA email. I was finally able to login using the QR code by way of a laptop. I proceeded to download content for my travel day only to have the app crash when trying to access downloaded content offline. Next thing I know I’m logged out and unable to log in until I have access to my laptop.

Glitchy

Super glitchy. Logs me out every 20 minutes. I have audiobooks downloaded but still need internet to listen to them. Audiobooks randomly pause after a while and I have to reboot the app to get them to play again

Excellent learning platform but regularly logs me out. Very frustrating having to reauthenticate every time I want to learn.

Skillsoft Percipio Application will not open

Skillsoft Percipio application upgraded to the latest version and now the application will not open. I have an IPad Air 2 software version 15.7.2

Useful Content but Not So Useful App

The content and courses on this platform are very good and useful for professionals. But the app needs to be worked upon. It is full of glitches and bugs. It seems it has been developed in a haste and has not been properly tested across different platforms and devices.

It buffers for downloaded content, freezes unexpectedly and crashes abruptly. And if you watch any downloaded content offline, the progress doesn’t sync when device comes online. I have been watching each content twice-thrice for last one week. The new bug is that downloaded content does not play at all. And the app freezes at downloaded content page.

Apart from this, the screen keeps rotating from landscape to portrait itself and the app goes offline several times despite proper network connectivity.
5 stars for content but -3 for the app.
