This app is a skincare lifesaver! It scans my skin, suggests the best product, and even tracks my progress. The AI beauty coach is super helpful, and I feel more confident in my routine.

I was given a limited time promo code to receive the pro lifetime version for free, but when I entered the code it was still trying to charge me $20. Promo code aside, how on Earth can they expect people to be willing to pay for a subscription to an app they havenāt even been able to test out first?
I uploaded a horrifically ugly picture of myself just to be told there were 4 skin concerns that were found, and given no farther information. All farther details were blurred out unless you pay to reveal the text. The funny thing is that it said I had 4 skin concerns originally, but somewhere along the way of my attempts to make the promo code work, the app decided that I only had 3 skin concerns and not 4.
Iād wanted to reach out to customer service to address the issue of the promo code not working correctly, but there was no contact options available. (At least not any that I could find.) All I could see was my ugly picture, blurred out text, and the button to pay to reveal the information.
Over all, the entire situation has been a waste of my time. And who knows, maybe the app could have been great when you have access to some of the features, but weāll never know.

Unfortunately after taking a face photo with the camera the app kept freezing.
I deleted and reinstalled app & tried several times
Sadly wouldnāt process passed 50% after 25 minutes
I think the app Really needs to be able to add a picture as a second option not just take selfie or pic of face.
I was disappointed as I wanted to get a skin analysis for my mum however wasnāt able to too.
I hope the app is fixed /improved as well as including the option to input photos as well as I was hoping to utilise and test the app with the promo "APPADVICE"
Iāll try again tomorrow and update my review if it works well
