Cute products yea. Where I thought my face was getting better, it was getting worse 😔I have new spots, new bumps I’ve never seen. In places I’ve never seen. I don’t what I’m doing wrong at this point.
Great Skin App
I like using the app in conjunction with the products I received. It gave me soo much insight about my skin and motivate me to continue to invest in my skin. I’ve learned so much about my skin just from using this app.
Lack of communication
The study itself is amazing. I appreciate the products, the use of the device, and the valuable information I get in the skin report. However, communication is a huge issue. The app suddenly logged me out over a week ago, and attempts to log back in or change the password have been unsuccessful. The device also will not work ever since the app stopped working. When I look online and in the written materials sent with the device and products, the only option for contacting Skinly is through the app which I clearly can not do since I can’t log in to the app. I found an email address online and emailed Skinly over a week ago, but have not gotten a response. The app could be amazing, but with no support when problems arise, it renders the device useless which halts participation in the study. Does technical support even exist for this app?!?

So Informative
I really like this device because it gives you an in depth dive into your skin and so many factors that contribute to wrinkles. They send you products to incorporate with the study and I love it! I may have missed 3 readings since I started but it motivates me each day when I see my flow chart and results. Go skinly!!

So much potential
I am apart of the study and I really need someone to hear me out. Do not make this thing so dependent on WiFi. You would have so much more data from me if it connected to my phone via Bluetooth instead of WiFi. For people who like to travel, such as myself, this thing is a headache or basically useless. I like to go camping-no WiFi. I will be on a cruise next week-no WiFi. I visited my 90 year old grandma-no WiFi. I am currently in the mountains-very crappy WiFi. And when there is WiFi, having to reconnect it. Please please fix this.
