Quick and easy way to shop however have a couple of issues. Promo codes don’t seem to be valid and the price of some items seems to have skyrocketed since last year.
Can't log in or create account
I know I have an account, so I tried to log in. Said my email or password was wrong so I tried something else. Still wrong, so I requested a reset link. Apparently my email isn't linked to an account, so I then tried to create an account. When I did this I got an email to activate the account, but when I clicked the activation link it just took me to the website showing all my previous orders (proof that I do have an account). I then tried logging in again and still getting the same response as earlier.

Unable to log in
I actually have 2 accounts but cannot seem to log into either of them even after verifying with codes. Tried making a new account and it took me to the web , made an account online but cannot log into it on the app just says incorrect email or password.
I love the stuff that they sell and I hoped that having the app would make it easier to find new things but unfortunately it’s not working for me.

Impossible to set up an account
Thought the app would make ordering easier. Tried to set up an account, and had to jump through hoops to verify account. Went to log in and it says incorrect email or password.
After 4th try I gave up.
