How do you deactivate, close the account, disaffiliate from this app - permanently??? I can’t stand it. I’ve turned off all notifications and want nothing to do with this!!!
Kicking me out of sessions
Would have given a 5 stars but it has been kicking me out of sessions and been freezing up and the screen will turn white. Can’t even go and report it on the app
Videos keep crashing
Videos on my iPhone keep crashing mid way through and I am loosing my progress. The app itself doesn’t shut down but the video crashes. Please help?

Good luck trying to cancel after you start a group! It’s taken me months to get a hold of them. Terrible customer service. No one responds and you have to jump through hoops to cancel and I still can’t cancel. Just messaged them on insta. Had to delete every person one by one. Nightmare!
Pretty decent but…
I belong to two professional coaching programs that run on Skool and spend many hours each month consuming video content through the iPhone app.
The community features are excellent, but the mobile video experience still feels far behind platforms like YouTube.
Most coaching content is consumed while traveling, walking, exercising, or otherwise away from a desk. Unfortunately, the video player often feels like an afterthought rather than a core feature. Basic functions such as resuming where you left off, scrubbing through videos, tracking progress, and navigating long-form content are not as smooth or reliable as they should be.
I find myself wishing the playback experience worked more like YouTube Premium or a dedicated learning platform. Better background playback, improved resume functionality, more responsive seeking, playback speed controls that are easier to access, and overall smoother video handling would make a significant difference.
The irony is that many of us join Skool specifically for coaching and educational content, yet the content-consumption experience is one of the platform’s weaker areas. The community side is outstanding. If the mobile video player received the same level of attention, Skool would be much stronger as a learning platform.
I genuinely like Skool and use it regularly. This review is less a criticism and more a request: please invest in the mobile video experience. For many users, that’s where we spend most of our time.

Constant crashes
I like the app but at least once a day it crashes for like forty minutes or more! I use this app for workouts and it is so frustrating!!
Font too small
Is there any way you can make the font bigger? It’s so small compare to my other apps and it’s not adjustable on an iPhone or iPad. Honestly it’s the reason I would leave a community I really like. I know the technology exists within programming bc other apps you can increase it. Thanks so much.

The app is not good for streaming
I’ve had issues myself when playing videos on the phone and also some of my clients too. Messaged Skool few times about this and they always say there’s no issue. But the thing is, multiple people report these issues. I’m using Vimeo to store my videos but I don’t think this should be the issue.
Absolute Waste of time
downloaded it because i saw a ad asking to join skool if you can fix a bike tried it out made me page got 0 views and no interaction or no help
none of this 40k a month they promised but even after that i decided to leave it took my subscription off deleted the app and still getting charged to this day

Microphone permission
App continue to use the microphone even when you mute the microphone in the app. Big privacy issue that should be addressed urgently.
Will take your money without permission
Stop taking money from my account. I have deleted my account and money is still coming out. I never even signed up I just had the free trial which I ended…. Or thought I ended before time was up yet 3 weeks later and there are 3 charges on my bank statement for 3 different amounts. Wtf!!! Think twice before trusting this app! Just after your money.

Works half the time. Not a proper app
Fix It Please!
This app was open way more than any other app on my phone. I would use it to learn and network with like minded people everyday throughout. I had no issues until recently. The last platform update has slowed things down completely. When I open the app, it crashes. Sometimes a red banner showing an error appears and freezes. Several times it was just a black screen.

Cette app est absolument merveilleuse. Ça fait 3 ans que je l’utilise et les dev. Ecoute nos feedbacks c’est TOP. Les communautés sont incroyables. La gamification est juste la cerise sur le gâteau. Bref, si t’es pas sur SKOOL est ce que tu as vraiment vécu?
Slow app
In iso app it is very slow to load and not work well to play and load video but in android it is work ok
Have to reload page every time I pause the video
I’m doing a stretching class and every time I pause the video to do a stretch the video freezes and I’llhave to reload the page. Minor problem, but it adds up to a lot of wasted time for how often I’m pausing the video
