Backward Step
This app is very slow, is unreliable loading, extremely variable performance among other frustrations. For example, half way through a transaction you can’t complete as the app says there is a problem. This happens often. It doesn’t save details on the phone as a result it appears I have never parked at Sky Stadium. I actually park there daily.

Slow and unreliable
Slow to look up car plate, very slow to move through payment screens, occasionally fails to complete process. Without a doubt crappiest app I’ve used in ages.
Unbearably slow
This is a major downgrade from the previous app. Details like your car and payment details are not cached locally and take an age to appear. It’s so slow that you can often times think that, for example, your save car details have been deleted. It can take a minute or two to pay. The older app was far more efficient and saved defaults.
