Sky store movies dont play
I am not happy about this app, I bought movie! Is not playing! This is not the first time this happened, but definitely the last time I am here! I want my money back! I want to delete the app, also not easy!

What TF is sky store player
It's telling me to download sky store player to let me watch the movies I've bought on sky store - takes me to the App Store and the app doesn't exist. Soooooo how do I watch them then??? Fix it!!!!!!!!
Downloads are broken
Don’t get me wrong this is a great app for watching movies but my downloads are broken. When I try and press on a downloaded movie, it just doesn’t work and I can’t make any new downloads, please fix this issue.

So I was a customer for years spent loads on films and because you stole from me and lost my custom you steal more from me you steal the account with all the films you wiped them you will never get another penny from me!!!!!!! Such a waste you owe me!!!!!
Too strict to paying customers
How strict and stupid is this app. The rules in it are ridiculous considering how much a month I’m paying sky. Over £100 a month for an app only 1 of my family members can use. Very frustrating and annoying. Says you can use 4 devices?? Hmm doesn’t let you and hasn’t done for years.

It literally wont open on ios 26.1, it just crashes as soon as you open it.

Cannot get to the film titles page. Only see the films tv or download pages. Very annoying.
