Shocking

Pay money, hire a film, told it’s not accessible on website, only through app. Film thumbnail is on website but not app. I’ve paid my five pounds, nothing to show.

What a total waste of time

You buy a film on your mobile phone and you can’t play it on your TV because Sony and Samsung tvs don’t have the app and you can’t screencast it either. What a waste of money to rent or buy films you can only watch on your mobile!
