New app sacrifices enormous levels on functionality to instead try looking a little prettier.
Your app is not used by the general public. It is used by working crewmembers who need reliable, fast access to information. We don’t want ANY animations, long loading times, or forced logouts.
New app immediately greets you with an unskippable animation. City code dropdown box can’t be interacted with until you find precisely the right unmarked location on your screen. Did you arrive before midnight? Better screenshot driver details as soon as the shutdown checklist is done - it won’t be accessible after midnight. Numerous other glitches and slowdowns are common.
Give us big, clean input boxes with zero interruptions and immediate access to the important information we are seeking.

Broken!
This app has NEVER worked for me. I’ve even asked Alyson employees in person to help and they’ve all said it’s garbage. Can we go back to the old one yet?

This app is the correct app for crews. It does work again. Not the most user friendly, but it functions.

This is a downgrade not upgrade
App has given me issues multiple times. Today I finished my trip late and got on the app to notify I’ll be ready in 15 mins. Doesn’t show my flight only next day which shows I’m 20+ hrs early. I tried to msg dispatch. No answer. I called the number and after mins of waiting it sent me to a full voice mail. Luckily the driver of another SkyHop was able to call he’s company and make so he would take us. This is just one example of many issues I have with this app.

Bad update
Format on this new app is terrible. I want to see my pickup time. I enter the flight information and it shows a small box on this whole screen where I can’t see the information. It’s cut off and you can’t select it to blow it up. My pickup is at 10:… is that 10:00, 10:30, 10:46. Who knows? The old app wasn’t as pretty but worked for what we needed

Useless. Can’t log in, no way to use.
Gone downhill
The updated app is terrible. It constantly logs you out forcing a relogin every couple days. The text driver function texts someone that is not your driver. It occasionally shows the wrong van and location. It shows where you are going but not where your van currently is
Can’t sign in?
The old app kicks you to this app and this one does t have a way to recover or created a new account. Or if there is I can’t find it.

GPS doesn’t work and dispatch doesn’t answer!

Previous version of the app when we could message or call the driver directly was much better. Having to call dispatch when we need to communicate with the driver is a waste of time.

Terrible app
This app has so many glitches! It refreshes when you're in the middle of inputting data, cannot rate drivers, will not accept messages to dispatch, does not properly track driver. The list goes on! I wish we were not submitted to relying on such an unhelpful app.

This upgrade is bad. Lost a lot of functionality from the previous version. No listing of dispatch number, no ability to communicate with driver, once you select a flight pickup you can’t back out (even if you close the app and reopen. I so tried a hard reset.) can’t explore to see your pickup time the next day.
Lots a flash and bling that gets in the way of doing business.

Not Working
Same as above…driver had no idea how to log in and told me I was using the driver’s app. Delta.
Doesn’t work
Can’t log in cause there’s no info on how to do it for the specific airline. Delta crew member
