Broken app

Account Changes
I attempted to change my phone number within the app. It did not do it. It kept saying send the code to, and then it would still show my previous number that I started the account with, I went to the branch to have them change it she said give it sometime. I waited about 20-30 minutes and tried to login and it still had my previous number to send a code to. This is a major problem. I pay my bills with this account so I need to make sure that my transaction went through because I can’t afford to be late. This is a very, very big problem. It should not be this difficult to make changes to your account within the app.

App not working
I have not been able too log on to the app for about a week. Called the bank they see nothing wrong on there end. Getting the message ( unexpected error accrued try again latter)
App is Terrible
I just set up a new account. I was able to enroll online with my computer, but trying to load the app on my phone is impossible. Awesome bank, terrible app.
Non stop technical issues
App won’t allow me to do account transfers, it often logs me out and will not allow me to log back in unless I uninstall it then reinstall it. Very frustrating app.

I’m feeling the app so far. I switched to this bank from another credit union with an AMAZING app. This one is just okay. It’s good enough, but my old credit union really took their time with crafting that app. It was Dupaco Community Credit Union if you want to check it out.
The reason I switched to Skyla was because my old credit union did not support Zelle within the app and Zelle discontinued the app. Skyla has been great to bank with.
The app would be 4/5 if:
- transactions were separated by month
- Zelle feature was accessible with 1-2 clicks.
Would be 5/5 if it mirrored the Dupaco CCU app

i cannot use zelle at all, there's directions on the website but on the "transfer and pay tab" there's no selection for "send money with zelle" why is this so difficult??

Mobile app/Zelle
I just got started with this bank on 6/6/25. I got my direct deposit setup where I see my funds was deposited. I tried sending Zelle and keep getting message” unable to complete transaction”. I called the bank and was told they don’t have access to help me with Zelle. I went to Co-op branches (Mid-Florida CU) and was told there is a message “Refer member to hosted branch”. I went to another branch Co - op branch (Campus USA CU) and was told they cannot find me in their system. I’m lost I need my money urgently and cannot access it this is ridiculous. As soon as I get my money out I will close this account, I understand I loss my card but there should be other means to get access to your money when you need it. I will now have to wait 7-10 business days to get back a card. The worse thing I have ever seen in am banking app you can generate a virtual card, see your full card number or member number which I find very irritating.

Account Details Shown BEFORE Logging In
Opening the app immediately shows account details, balances, etc. It only asked to login AFTER clicking on an account. I believe the account details should absolutely not be exposed BEFORE logging in.
UPDATE: I found that there is a setting for this and fixed it, however I wish this was the default.

The bank is in nice location the. People are all nice even the security guard he’s very nice and courteous they help you with finances as much as as they can good people

The app won’t even download on my phone, I have to keep logging in with my username and password it usually have username on the app doesn’t have a remember me on but it doesn’t do better
No access
Two accounts can only access one card on app and representatives don’t know how to get both to show. Also random log offs. Not good
Used to work in my phone but not anymore
I don’t know what happen. It was working then suddenly stop. I uninstalled and installed back-nothing. Just blank…just disappointed because I used this app on the go to transfer money etc. just so disappointed…
So, um, no…
I was going to get an account bc the logo, architecture of the branch here in SC & CLT location & CU but the app seems to have less talent behind it than the aforementioned. CS, cs for minors, working functionalities, standard very important online banking things, fees for CS bc skyla cant do a job, & just common sense things & more than a bot representing the app store critical but true reviews. Well, enjoy your pretty colors-not falling for it..
