Nothing works
I have tried to use this app twice at my local Columbus store. Online ordering is not available. When I present the bar code at the store for rewards, I am told the “system” is not working. The app appears to be totally useless. Take it off the App Store if it doesn’t work!

Works as intended but
This app is great and works as intended… my only issue is that I’m limited to leaving only 20% as a tip for the employees. Especially when redeeming rewards, 20% is not that much.
I don't live in Columbus
This app only works for Skylines in Columbus. And because of that I couldn't even use the app unless I wanted to drive for over an hour to get skyline via ordering on the app. I hope it is updated to include all skyline locations.

App is fine, backend apparently is lacking
My background is giant enterprise apps for companies. What the customer sees is fine. Succinct and to the point. What is lacking is what the store can see to serve the customer. Example, my local store had a broken deep frier. I ordered 2 orders of fries. Despite entering my phone number to make an order, the local store is not passed my number. They could have called me to figure out what to do. Instead I show up and the poor girl is eating crow for no reasons. Seriously, you need UAT on the store side to better serve the customer. I have found so many issues with the store’s ability to react due to app limitations. Happy to help if you reach out as I have done this before.

Good app but needs some fixes
Keep running into an issue where when I add my card it accepts it for the first purchase I make, but when I try to use it later (as a saved card) it tells me payment option failed until I re-enter my card info.
Additionally, I have stopped earning points on my purchases after reaching 350 points, so it appears to be capped which is rather lame.

Columbus only
It doesn’t say it anywhere on the App Store, but once you download the app you will see this is only for select Columbus OH restaurant locations.
