A new paradigm of sound
This app is super fun to use inside ableton. I’m a beginner and I had no trouble using it. I like how I didn’t have to order an expensive controller and I got it set up super quick.
Lied about windows support
Bought this years ago was promised window support would happen never happened. Feel extremely lied to. It’s been years. Horrible support bad company.
Easy to use app with once concern
I’m enjoying using the app so far however I’m having a hard time finding a way to make it so I’m not triggering a note when I use the x/y pad as I’m wanting to play chords with my left hand without having the app constantly play a trigger note. Am I missing a setting in the app or is it something that’ll be added down the road?

I got the app and the rack presets on the resguided website. Very cool possibilities with effects!
Incredible tool for sound design and performance
Absolute love the app only had it for a week or two but already using it regularly. Love the simplicity as well!
A human approach
Skym is great. Finally, a simple way to perform automation. The feature I have really been into is the gating. The rhythms that you can create are insane.

Skym is a game changer!!
This app allows you to essentially turn your iOS device into a macro controlling chaos pad with an amazing X,Y,Z axis system. You can map multiple parameters in your daw and easily control them with the swipe of a finger. 10/10 highly recommend
Concept sounds cool but not working in Ableton 11
The user remote script has not been updated to work in Ableton 11. From what I have read online Ableton 11 has migrated their code base to Python 3 from Python 2 thus requiring an updated script. So if you’re using Ableton 11 just be aware this has not been updated to work as far as I know. Will rerate if/when this gets updated.
EDIT: this was fixed to work with Ableton 11 and is working great!! Sick for sound design and automating parameters on the fly

Not for windows
The idea is very awesome and sounded like it would be a great addition to my DAW. Unfortunately it wasn't very clear to me that it wasn’t available for windows and I became aware of this after purchasing. Hoping for the addition of windows support soon!

Complete game changer
Allows me to automate multiple elements at the same time while doing nothing but dragging my finger across my phone. Totally changed my work flow and synth design. Couldn’t recommend more
