Terrible
This app worked okay last school year but sometime between May and now you guys did some updates that totally ruined this app. It’s a pain in the rear to input my times for clocking in because the way we enter the actual time (ex 06:25AM) is so glitchy and you have to input the numbers like 3-4 times before it stays that way. Also, the app does not let me add a transaction to edit or add my second part of my shift. It freezes up & doesn’t work. And now that I tried to log in on a computer instead, at first it didn’t want to find my district but my account now says it is locked. Seriously if it was fine before why the hell did you do an “update” that just broke the system. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Completely unusable now for entering my timesheets for work, thanks for nothing!

Did you even BETA the app?!?
What did you do to the app⁉️How did it get botched this hard‼️ The new version is anything but user friendly & it’s lights years away from intuitive🤯 Change can be soooooo AWESOME & upgrades are great but this app is now the king of clunkers. Using a paper filing system would be more efficient than this. I’m so grateful my kids are graduating and this is the last year we will be forced to utilize it.
BTW - I will be excusing every single one of my children’s absences regardless of the reasoning because this app makes it impossible to do so efficiently & I must bother the attendance office by calling into the school to which it’s a nightmare to navigate the app so I’m just calling into excuse absolutely everything.

Please fix
Please fix whatever bug is causing the notification badges to remain with the only fix being deleting the app and reinstalling. Very Busch league
SOOOOOO OUTDATED
Get with the times and try harder. Why would you not even give the option to message your student’s teacher? On the teachers end it equally sucks. You should be able to do everything from grades to communication in one solo app.

Horrible App
Forces password changes often and then doesn’t recognize new password on app (but does on web version so I know its correct pw). Updated app and still doesn’t recognize new pw. This happens more often than not. Also uses 4 digit PIN to log in but that really does nothing since next page requires full pw anyway (& doesn’t work with new or old pw). Its been this bad for YEARS.

agreeing with leah, i'm trying to log in to see my stuff before school starts and it keeps saying to check my connection for the past 3 days idk if like everyone's passwords got updated or something but it's lwk weird can yall fix it?

This is one of the worst things that have happened to man kind
SOOOOO FRUSTRATING
This app used to work great. Now, I can no longer login through the app. It tells me that my login and password are incorrect, however, I can login on my desktop browser with the exact same login and password. I tried to find a customer support email address and there is absolutely nothing on the website or anyway that you can contact Skyward at all.

Not working at all
I’m not surprised the rating is so poor. The only things you can do with this app are download it and choose your district, that’s it.
Terrible Interface
It’s hard to imagine that such a hideously designed interface could get approved by any software vendor. The design is clunky and awkward, and far too blocky. It’s like someone took an 80s “futuristic” design and tried to apply it to a modern application. I highly recommend hiring a UX expert whose visual aesthetic isn’t “Tron” meets “Hackers”

Able to log in on a laptop, but the phone app is constantly glitchy.

Ok guys this app may not work properly but this app is awesome because is there another app that can do this so easily and bro if you can’t see your grades thats a you problem this app is good and I suggest this app. Also this app has made my life at school a lot easier. All that bad stuff don’t listen to that it’s a grate app that’s free so if it doesn’t work well your not paying for it so chill.
